GHF I like the look of this company and hope to take a stake at some stage. though not in a rush at the moment. Would like to see evidence of what appears to be an overhang clearing, first.

Microscope - This was one of the main questions myself and a few others asked Nabil 3/4 years ago. Why did they come to AIM?

Sarbanes Oxley regulations meant the US markets were basically closed to a company of their size (2010/11), a lot of their shareholders pre-IPO were UK based and a number of their customers are UK based. Their board of directors has to be majority US citizens for security purposes. Any ownership stake in the company over 10% would also need to be reported to the US government.

Its a shame brokers haven't found a new home for this large holding. Shouldn't really have been that difficult to find interested parties given backdrop of recent trading.

Shakey premisA lot of stock is held by 4 or 5 holders so it must be Worsley(held 6m ish) and maybe another of the top holders? Persistent and obviously very big Having rallied from 20p to 90p this isn't a great surprise

Cos I was a buyer at 78.5 and bought 25k seller still around in rising prices so not sure want to pay 84..got enough if I miss itSeller must be the biggest shareholder as this seller has sold 3m plus by my reckoning!!
