They haven't issued them at any particular price, I don't think. They've issued new shares to this shareholder in the same proportion as were issued to other Southbank shareholders to replace their now worthless Southbank shares. It's a tiny amount so has no effect on anything really. Just clearing up a loose end from the takeover.

What price have they issued shares? Surely the terms of the RTO were a lot higher price than current?

Doesn't take much to move this with only 20 Million Shares in issue up or down .. If a bid did come along anyone like to have a guess what sort of figure it would be ? ..
