How many shares do the directors hold in % terms

Not sure guys.
Say a bid of 20m would be apx 80p per share and that would be on the cheap IMO, but lets not get ahead of ones self.

Well as previously mentioned .. In my opinion .. I reckon something will happen here regarding a "Bid" sooner rather than later now .. This company is a Sitting Duck ! .. Lol

If the above was to eventually happen .. Does anyone have any views what sort of "Bid" share price wise it would need to be ?

Having said the above I also expect the soon to be announced Results to be very good also .. But as always no doubt "Time will tell"

In my opinion let's be honest who wouldn't these days be interested in Buying an old well established business like Hayward Tyler potentially on the Cheap ?

Take your pick the Chinese .. Americans or Indians ? .. One things for sure if it did happen it will be sooner rather than later and one of the mentioned three .. Lol

Interesting RNS, appears they have stated their intention to make acquisitions in Europe. Must be Vertus Technology as good as all Nviro investors were led to believe - lol!

Good control of the market to acquire 5% without the price rising significantly as a pretty illiquid stock. Could be interesting as sure institutions will be looking for a premium on their placing cost (72p I recall?)

Anyone have first hand knowledge of MBE?

They have seen the potential value here.
