26/4/2010 11:24 | there should have been an RNS about the klarge share transaction the otehr day as was 3.7% of company this is such a strange share. So glad i sold out and bought ACTA made 26% in couple of days like selling these at 51p.Might buy back in if gets down to below 40p which the way this trades is likely before any new news? | warwick69
23/4/2010 14:34 | Yeah .. Good point .. That's the Aim Spiv/MMs for you "The Milking Brigade" .. Lmao at their antics .. They really do get away with "Murder" on Aim ! | paragon157
23/4/2010 09:41 | if they were genuine purchases yesterday it just shows how week this share price is as there was no movement in the price. Just do not understand this share MM's make massive spread for PI's and then institutionla or massive purchases trade mid price why is that makes no sense to me whatsoever | warwick69
22/4/2010 16:39 | Astaire Securities notes Hayward Tyler's improvement under Specialist Energy Group's control In a note to investors, London-based stockbroker Astaire Securities said that Specialist Energy Group (AIM: SEGR) (SEG) is improving the Hayward Tyler business 'across the board'. Following a recent investor day at SEG's facility in Luton, the broker highlighted that the new management is improving Hayward Tyler's order acceptance skills, its costing and its treasury management. "These steps will enhance an already established business with potential for steady growth and cash generation. With debt starting to be paid down and growth being driven by economic recovery, management could be looking at further acquisitions a year out", Astaire stated. SEG is a niche engineering and manufacturing company which was formed in January 2010 when Southbank UK reversed into Nviro Cleantech. The company's principal asset is the Hayward Tyler subsidiary, which manufactures boiler circulating pumps and specialist motors. Astaire noted that the products are both mission critical components for their respective customer groups, utility scale power plants and offshore oil production. According to the stockbroker, Hayward Tyler has a strong brand and reputation in a highly specialised market, and emphasised that the company has a dominant market share with an installed base of about 2,200 boiler circulating pumps across the world. Astaire believes that SEG's future growth will come from a combination of increased demand from the emerging economies such as China and India - where there is strong demand for new generating capacity - and the second wave of nuclear power stations. | bones30
22/4/2010 16:34 | Two large buys today (institutional?) - 800K @ 44p and 905,405 @ 44.132p persuaded me to make another pathetic top-up of 2k @ 44p. | investoree
22/4/2010 12:15 | high 33% plus my average was over 60p i had 77,000 at one stage i am now all out so guess we will get news in next couple of days and i will be spitting blood. But as you stated i see Hydrogen production as the new frontier, though Vertus tec had some hope but the company here do not seem to be able to get any deals. ACTA as you say are ready to go have just tested a product that can save 17% fuel that is fantastic in current economic climate, may stop some companies from going bust, with the cost of diesel etc.. I haave ploughed most in ACTA paid 23.65 and 25.5 I made great gain before in ACTA when bought in sub 10p and sold at near 20p then it all went cold with wide spread so lost interest but this company has been doing my head in as even wider spread and more iliquid, i still think it will be good share at this price. I hope to make a quick turn on so,me of ACTA money and if this has not moved might buy back in ? | warwick69
22/4/2010 12:15 | Oh joy, I look froward to that Warwick - last time you sold 25k shares, the share price droped c10% didnt it?! LOL! | porketh
22/4/2010 11:44 | Jamonit we must think alike i already bailed out some this in last couple of days bought some ACTA at 23.65 and going to bail on all my balance here and put all in ACTA 17% diesel fuel savings makes this company look pointless at the moment. | warwick69
22/4/2010 11:16 | I expect they are far too busy with the work at hand to be scrutinising the share price daily. I for one, am happy for that to be the case. | bones30
22/4/2010 11:11 | Bit of director buying could prove a catalyst for example. | bones30
22/4/2010 11:08 | I'm not convinced the assumption about SEGR management being 'old school' when it comes to releasing news is necessarily true. As has been pointed out before I expect they will be leant on by the people who took up the placing. They can't be happy! As, for ACTA, I agree, it could do astonishingly well. If it goes into orbit, it won't be the first time I've sold a share way way too early. I don't think a quid here is unlikely. Just needs a catalyst to draw the market's attention. HT is a great company from what I can tell. | bones30
22/4/2010 11:06 | Interesting to me because I plan a top up if this drops much more. I believe there are stale bulls from old company still trying to get out. Once they are out, it ought to rise to the placing price. AIMO Re: ACTA, good luck, I regret selling the ones I had from below 10p. | bones30 |
