Looked at the trades. Only .5% been sold. Hardly seems like a massive sale going on. Perhaps MM'S at work. With the results due out soon maybe they know something we don't know.

How can a company issue 200mil shares @1p, and announce new contracts and deals go bust within 3 months? Would the company not be investigated.?

The last company announcement that appears on their website was 28th June 2002. I would have thought the site would have been kept up to date. Any comments?

Can anyone tell me how many shares the directors have in total?

They should wind the company up and return whats left to shareholders although I expect theres nothing left and this is about to go bust.They raised 2m in October that lasted 3 months they had to raise another 2m in January so if that only lasts 3 months this should be bust by the end of the month.Goodbye and Good riddance I say.

Going off subject but I hear Victor Chandler is opening a luxury betting shop near Park Lane, London.
Are they not an offshore business in the main, and is this still something to do with Joe Lewis or have I had wrong info?

Good to see someone sitting tight and riding the storm, but given the large sells going through, you would of thought the Company would have issued a current trading statement like they have in the past when they had good news, to stabilise the shareprice and restore a modicum of confidence in the Company. The fact they haven't done so is a bit of a worry..........

imo I think it would be advised to wait for the next set of results then we can finally see just whats wrong with this pile of cr@p.
Those bailing havnt got a clue whether this is heading for the receivers office
or is about to tell its shareholders its going to make a profit.
Either way the next update will reveal the answer and we will see if the sellers were right or wrong,imo I think they are wrong.
