30/4/2007 21:35 | A buy would seem to fit with the last 2 trading days trades. | tonystringy
30/4/2007 21:00 | f6/tony-agree,could well be another buy,and may well be the reason for the broker buy at 1pm,in order to completely fill it As it was a t-trade,we have no idea when it was filled, but it would as a buy fit the picture over the last month of someone accumulating at bid/mid prices, particularly if it was filled after the offer dropped,so therefore whoever it was ,this time got midprice-bargain !:-) (who knows-i might just be talking guff) | strow
30/4/2007 20:20 | Looks like a buy to me.......why do you think sell backe9? | tonystringy
30/4/2007 16:39 | that might be a sell. retracing is this one | backe9
30/4/2007 16:19 | 300k at 6.75p.....a buy???? If so it looks like we still have our big accumulator but why the drop in the offer????? | figure6
30/4/2007 08:09 | Sorry about the impatience guys-little too much of the red i think-todays a new day and happily patiently waiting | strow
27/4/2007 19:50 | tony-that sorts it then, early or late is fine-lets just have some bloody news!!! :-)zzzzz | strow
27/4/2007 19:37 | One thing I noticed during last May's correction was that the stocks hit the hardest were those which had recently seen the greatest gains. Irrespective of any fundemental merits. I guess this was due to a combination of leveraged money leaving due to margin calls, T traders eager to settle and holders rushing to bank recently gained profits. Those at close to their bottom were largely uneffected. This being the case then, if the markets were to tank again this May then it would better if +news actually came later imo. | tonystringy
27/4/2007 10:09 | f6 agreed-think we may also be seeing some ggg effect if you know what i mean(i hold both) Also,if there is a market correction again in may this year, news around this time, although not ideal, would offer very good support and see us a lot higher after,so the current wait is not necessarily a bad thing imo | strow
27/4/2007 09:02 | Strow,I am sure theres "no smoke without fire" here.Someone has been buying SCR big time and they have done so for a reason. We can speculate on that reason ie a joint venture as the Express said or knowledge of mine/mines viability, either way I think we will hear soon enough.Sometimes a share can rally well on rumour alone so SCR may perform well in the run up to the RNS.My gut feeling is that it wont take much buying to move SCR higher and the share price will remain at 6.5p bid 7.25p offer untill the buying starts.SCR flat lined for several trading sessions before rising last time and it may do so again.Thats not a problem though as eventually the rise will come. | figure6
27/4/2007 08:50 | And so they wait-week on week-would be so nice to at least have some rns confirmation of recent "positive activity"-doubt we will see anything today The contrarian might suggest that if danfeng was obviously a non starter we should definitely have heard something by now | strow
26/4/2007 11:36 | f6-yes -what amazes me is that the people selling now dont seem to be aware of this even just by looking at the trades, but each to his/her own | strow
26/4/2007 09:39 | MMs want 7.125p for their shares today. The price they want has risen steadilly since yesterdays 6.88p via 6.9p,6.95p,7.1p now 7.125p.The buys have been very small aswell,I wonder what the rise will be when the big buying starts. We probably still have a big accumulator around so the mms can absorb the sells but dont want to get rid of their shares too cheaply.Pity we dont have much PI interest at the moment.(I think that will change though as I expect there is a fundamental reason for SCRs strength and sooner or later we will get an rns about it). | figure6
25/4/2007 13:58 | good news round the corner (i hope) positive gain on the bid side today (as mentioned). Sure the tipster will be on this again soon. | markralph
25/4/2007 13:52 | Patience is a virtue here strow but I genuinely am feeling confident of a price rise soon. The indicators are there to be seen, ie the mms are now offering 6.62p for our shares (up from 6.5p earlier today) and they now want 6.95p for their shares (up from 6.88p earlier today),it wont take much buying to get the share price moving.(Good news on a joint venture and the price will fly!) | figure6
25/4/2007 11:33 | f6-im with you on that, wouldnt it be nice to get some news though-patience is definitely a virtue here | strow
25/4/2007 11:05 | Topped up a few today as I reckon theres a reason the price fails to fall on any selling but rises on relatively small buying.I think we still have a big accumulator and we still havent been told the reason for the accumulation.Maybe its the JV deal mentioned in the press or maybe its the fact that SCR will be a moly play after all.(Maybe its good news on the copper front.....ie viability of the mines).I dont know the reason behind the recent share price strength but we will find out eventually, at which time I reckon the share price will really rise. | figure6
25/4/2007 09:55 | doubt it. Chinese will want all this metal for themsleves, they aint going to be letting a UK company nick it all | backe9
24/4/2007 23:53 | sticking this on the monitor. could be the next GFM. | notanewmember

24/4/2007 20:33 | no strow, just me getting it all wrong. I ran the london marathon on Sunday and brain has been coddled since | tippingpoint
24/4/2007 16:18 | I think people selling now,might well regret that decision-lets wait and see,but someone is still supporting-i wonder why?not to make a quick loss i wouldnt have thought!(and thursdays coming-always a favourite here) | strow |
