So, what is left to fund? As I understand it the micro plant converter for natural to liquid gas is in place, the pipeline agreed.....what is left to pay for?It does sound positive, however, we still appear 2 years away from gas revenue and still that spectre of the Moroccan HMRC VAT bill which hanging over us.....for me, should we see that bill be magically dissolved we will be back to 10p almost instantly. After that it will be treading water until first gas or maybe another discovery gets discovered. :). GLA, look back in in 6 months.

"The completion of the tie-in agreement to the GME pipeline marks further progress on the various conditions required to reach final investment decision on the Phase 2 development of the Tendrara production concession. This development is a key element of the roadmap released by the Energy Ministry in August 2021 to supply future Moroccan energy. Sound Energy is addressing the remaining conditions with the many local stakeholders and is working with local and international funding partners to establish project funding. We thank ONHYM for their support in closing out this tie-in agreement."

Feb 16th:
"Sound Energy PLC, up 11% at 1.99 pence, 12-month range 1.20p-3.70p. The Moroccan-focused upstream gas company reports it has issued contractor Italfluid Geoenergy Srl a "notice to proceed" a project contract at the Tendrara concession in Morocco. Alongside the notice, an initial payment of USD5 million has been made to Italfluid."

ANGS - "possible offer" from SOU, currently values ANGS's shares at around 1.03p of SOU paper.
SOU has until the 11th to make up its mind one way or the other.

Should see some sign of life soon........
Current gas prices can't be bad. Ever hopeful!

In the current climate with Uber high gas prices looking like they are in for some time we ought to be sitting pretty, so why are the bod pushing hard to speed up the process and get this across the line pronto! 2/3 years before the first gas is insane Bod!!

ANGS just granted us another month....must be mutual interest in seeing this thru. Possibly not a host of other buyers now they just pulled off a 1.4m raise. 11.03 is the new deadline, interesting month ahead.
