buffy - not so. The 9-17-31 is for the entire Tendrara/Meridja licence areas:

Eastern

Following completion of a basin study, preliminary estimates from the Company indicate a range of volumes across the entire Tendrara and Meridja permit areas, with a 9 Tcf low case for unrisked original gas in place (gross) and, if all the key elements of the petroleum system’s model are present, an upside case of 31 Tcf of unrisked original gas in place (gross). Further exploration activity, including the acquisition of additional 2D and 3D seismic and the requirement for further drilling, will be required to substantiate the estimated exploration potential of the Basin.

Western

The Sidi Moktar Study mapped a portfolio of 28 Liassic, Triassic and Paleozoic leads in a variety of hydrocarbon trap types across the Sidi Moktar exploration permit areas and highlighted an exploration potential best case of 8.9 Tcf with a high of 11.2 Tcf and a low case of 6.7 Tcf, unrisked gas originally in place (gross).

The mid case gross oil in place for the three drills is mediocre. When you look at the net amount, I.e. SOU’s share, even without risking them, the figure is pretty small.

Originally James or Brian, I can’t remember which, said that the 9-17-31 tcf was for all of the Moroccan assets, I.e. including Sidi.

If the sale price is in 10 bagger territory then I don’t suppose people will care, but if SOU is sold for a lot less, as I suspect may happen, people will feel short changed.

Result of General Meeting

Sound Energy, the Moroccan upstream gas company, announces that the resolution put to Sound Energy shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today to enable, subject to confirmation of the Court, the reduction of capital described in the Circular, was duly passed.

Further announcements in relation to the Company's conditional divestment of Sound Energy Holdings Italy Limited will be made, as appropriate, in due course.
Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the circular posted to shareholders on 23 January 2018.
