All good companies need a fund raise going forward but no need here as cash on balance sheet

Loss of over 6 million, over 3 million excluding reverse takeover costs. Any business can buy customer growth, this will require a fund raise given sum of sales minus returns against marketing costs, imo.

Nice move up ahead of a large fund raise to perpetuate growth. Not necessarily a negative but worth keeping in mind if you're buying at anything over 18p imo.
