How is 9% total supposed to achieve anything? Needs to be above 30% really to be able to back up the CEOs when they tell him to f o.

Like I said “when” the instis get on board.
They’re not on board yet.
He’d be better off playing the long game rather than making a few quid now.

Also, was that prior to the RTO or whilst it was still ORE?

On the directors remuneration, does anyone know what the "Fee shares" column in the annual report means?

Total of £0.5m, but not clear if this will repeat in future periods, or what exactly it is.

Thanks in advance

Well, once (if) this starts looking viable, the instis will boot AR out fairly quick if he takes the p!ss, it’ll get too big for him to control.
He’d be better off playing the long game, £200k will be chicken feed.

Income per employee £70kAverage wage per employee £105kNot sustainable is it!.BOD need to reduce significantly what they are paying themselves and the nice share based payments too, this is still a loss making business. They may have about 2 years of cash, but AR will bleed this company dry and IMO a placing will come before year end......he needs to supplement his £200k fee he won't get next time with some extra cheap share options.DD

Classic breakout on heavy volume, will they use the rise to raise more cash, if so some short term pain but longer term rewards, good progress so far, keep it up SOS!

I held here from ore days bought average 0.05p..No idea what it was worth but I know my 8k investment was worth around 2k by the time it. Wish I'd topped at 12p but there was a lot of negativity around that time. I will just hold on in a few years could be a few quid then the ore mess can be forgotten.
