I seen the web traffic has tanked the last months and you all were warned.
If you followed the company you would know they still promote with discounts like crazy and it’s simply BS that they have cut back on promotions. They have kept prices higher and maybe less generous promotions but every mid month and end of month there is site wide 40 percent off etc.
Don’t be fooled, as an online business this will never make any money and the shops is a punt. Maybe it works maybe it doesn’t |

The RNS says they expect to make profit FY25 i.e guidance is in line with expectations and profit growth going forward
"Sosandar believes that, prior to publication of this announcement, market expectations for the year ending 31 March 2025 are currently revenue of £54.6 million and PBT of £1.0 million." |
My view too mort.
Their third party sales should have supported revenue without promotional activity.
Surprised they didn't mention the weather and the backdrop of a reduction in consumer spending as a reason/excuse.

Business looks mature to me.. and yet it can't figure out a way to make a profit. It's either sales or margin. A bit like ASOS. |

Ok, my latest searches show stores in Chelmsford, Marlow, Harrogate & Milton Keynes. All TBC. |
But not now.Very weak trading across clothing retail over May, Jun, and it looks like Jul too. Weather driven.Coupled with increased costs from store ramp up, next set of results are going to be weak, top line and bottom line. |

Regarding new stores it seems we can confirm that there is one planned in Marlow, a wealthy town (average house price was £931k last year) on the Thames in Buckinghamshire. It is supposedly the 6th most affluent town in the UK with a number of others in the Top 10 not far away.
They are looking for a Store Manager and a part-time Style Advisor. |

As per #4340 there appears to be a store opening in Chelmsford in August and a possible concession in Selby's in Holloway Road, London. Otherwise it's pretty quiet although they did report stores were progressing well in April's update.
Mid-July's TU should contain more info but Spring has been missed. |
Sosandar planned to open its first physical Store in spring 2024.
Spring 2024 ends on 20th of June,
