The Nasdaq/DOW will probably open positive (and SOPH is very sensitive to Nasdaq movements in particular) because the market correction is not going to carry on forever in a non-stop mode. We are in a healthy economy with corrections occurring from time time in the markets. Basically the market trend will be in "an ascending yoyo mode" for a while until economic fundamentals start to falter - in 2/3 years.
Once the dust settles and analysts start to understand more SOPH fundamentals, the share price will be over £6 within 3 months.

Mirabaud analyst Neil Campling called the share price reaction "insane", noting that billings in the third quarter were "technically" lower than in the first half, but still within forecasts."Reason for weakness [are] probably due to unlevered FCF [free cash flow] of $22.2m in Q3 which around 20 per cent below consensus, but this is due to the timing of investment in new product releases. And, ironically, these same new product releases will likely drive a very strong Q4 billings," he said.Martin O'Sullivan at Shore Capital said: "Full year guidance on billings, cash EBIT margin and unlevered FCF are all unchanged, and we believe Sophos is well placed to deliver against expectations in Q4, underpinned by the recent launch of Intercept X deep learning and XG Firewall v17."

IMO the share price drop is way way overdone.
Those savvy PI's who can pick them now in the cheap would end in profit because this will recover at least 40 - 50p before close and possibly before lunchtime.
When the dust settles, the share price could return to 580 - 590 from a low of 525

compnews1 - Come on ! "substantial" drop is really over the top. Only a slight drop due to collection. But growth is substantial with orders growing exponentially as cybercrime is growing "vertically" these last few years.
