Staying in. The attack on £10 (always the biggest hurdle) almost there
At a time when SPE is one of the only stocks at its high, making it very strong on a mkt upturn and final break of the 10

Almost entirely 'buys' this morning. Hardly a seller in sight (yet anyway) and that against a generally poor market background. £10 has been reached on the 'bid' so I wonder if it will push on through to new high ground. It is still moderately priced, so plenty of scope yet.

Who knows mattboxy, but arguably the company is now trading as strongly as they have ever done in their history, so prospects are looking v good imo.

Hi Bamboo and everyone elseThis keeps knocking on the door but can't quite breakout. Do we expect the eoy figures to be the catalyst to allow this to finally push beyond £10-50? Yesterday's figures stated an outperform likely so does the market need the eoy to confirm this b4 breakout. Answers on a postcard please

Big7, Chart pattern targets only become valid once they are confirmed.
Historical resistance is the no.1 reason for confirmation failure. That is the situation here.

I can post a link for further info if required.

I waited until today to see if share price would follow through after yesterday, but no joy so far, hence the sell.

We all have different timescales. I tend towards shorter term holds.

While it is annoying that SPE hasn't broken through £10, when it does there should be a significant move higher.

Was going to buy yesterday morning around 900p, so slightly irritated at the timing of the unprecidented Q3 update (but pleased with their progress).

Short term market weakness aside, this clearly has significant business momentum & is now highly likely to beat on FY numbers imv.

Yesterday ahead trading update was a very unexpected surprise and is particularly significant because since I first invested here in 2016 I haven't seen a trading update in this period, after the interims there is normally a wait until January for the next trading update.

As someone mention Sopheon is the stock that keeps on giving.
