Quite right, I made a small fortune off of Harry's EMED and I guess you could say he kept the lights on. And then off he went, and once again through trials and tribulation he has once again kept the lights on at KEFI. As much as I liked the look of KEFI i gave it a miss. And was right to do so, others have now suffered but now is unquestionably a phenomenal entry price with unprecedented timing with near term value realisation. The mine will open. And there other copper and gold assets are simply not factored into their $18 million market cap. Wow millions of JORC certified gold, government backing and what is earmarked to be the largest net export revenue generator in the fastest growing county on the planet. And now after sweeping and dramatic Nobel Peace prize, winning reforms have settled in - Ethiopia is one very stable jurisdiction. It's no wonder the Ethiopian Prime Minister has his hands all over this initiative.all over this

1. Dont see a problem , gold price nearly 200 dollars up since they signed the deal with Franco

2. Drilling news would be great but maybe a month or so away .

3. If an offer should come after drilling news( if good )we could be looking at a pound a share takeover .

That would be nice .

Now that would be something charlieeee - if we could entice Alberto over here. After all they speak Spanish don't they. The scale of the development potential here would appeal to him I suspect. Trouble is I still hold ATYM so I don't want him leaving there.Never been tempted by Kefi - I still wake up screaming at the mention of Harry's name although to be fair to him there wouldn't be an ATYM without his his foresight in seeing the potential of restarting the old RTZ mine.

A few years back, AL and HAA presented on the same platform: one delivered (ATYM)and the other lied and continues to do so (KEFI).

The CEO of any company is important, hence the current focus on NM here.

Unlike HAA, NM has been a great achiever in the exploration phase, competent in all departments (it would seem, including keeping considerable funding requirements satisfied, without crashing the SP, as has happened at Kefi).

The question remains as to whether he has the "next stage" skill set (as does AL,in spades)either as a developer or implementing a successful exit strategy.

Husbod and Charlieee, two friendly faces and small and mid-cap commentators. I thought for sure I would see you in KEFI, glutton for punishment and all that. Another HAA gem of a stock.

I'm here too, in the expectation of a bid.

I just cannot see NM surviving and if management is to be changed, that seems the obvious trigger for a buyout (particularly, given the current prices of both copper and gold).

The big question has to be whether this is penciled in as a JV, with the big boys working together or one wanting to grab the whole cake. NM needs to get out there and whip up some further competition or go for a formal sales process, if he wants to guarantee reward for the LTHs.

I would increase my holding if the ink was dry on the FN deal: the specter of SXX is a warning against excess exuberance when funds run out.

Too many trustworthy pis eh Rio - hate to tell you but I'm also invested here. Partly as a hedge against an opportunistic bid but mainly to build up a decent stake as we move eventually towards production assuming we don't get taken out beforehand.

Good chance of a bid the way the RBC are holding back the share price . Or a n other party .

I have been tracking this investment for ages. Too many trust worthy PIs in mutual investments have finally made me pull the trigger. Approximately 53,000 shares. This and KEFI must surely be two of the most under valued stocks out there given the rising gold price. Very excited to now be a part owner of SOLG. It will be interesting to see how long it will take before being its snapped up by one of the big boys. Let's hope the get out their cheque books and sharpen the pencils. Also very interested in the 91 million ounces of silver at Apala - that pushed me over.

Greenelf .

The dam will not break until it leaks out. At the moment RBC are doing a good job in holding it back .

Newcrest must have 260 million shares so we can expect an offer in the next 14 days or so .

Someone suggested yesterday that it could be the same person buying and selling which makes sense although not easy todo .

Dont forget there will appear this afternoon a large sell trade by RBC to keep the price down from this mornings buys .

Buying now at 23.40 in 3 months will return over 40p when Solgold is no more imho .

The share is worth a fortune . 75 undrilled sites which Solgold expexts to find many tier 1 sites .

Interesting update by Red Cloud on their takeover list SOLG $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #cascabel #ecuador.

Lastly, SolGold has made an all share 11-for-1 bid for rival and minority Alpala owner Cornerstone Capital Resources (TSXV:CGP, Not Covered) which we
don’t expect to be successful. Cornerstone principals have an extensive
network and may seek to sell itself or attract an additional player which could make this situation extremely interesting.

Our valuation for SolGold remains unchanged along with our rating and
target. We reiterate our BUY rating and a C$1.50 target based on 0.8x our
C$1.89 NAVPS8% (unchanged). We are awaiting the results of SolGold’s recent
bid (read here) for Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. before updating our
model. Upcoming Catalysts: 1) Alpala PFS results (Q3/20), 2) Alpala DFS results (2021) and 3) Closing of the NSR sale and potential additional streaming financing.

Is there nothing you will not stoop down to justify your blatant baseless ramping.........You sound highly over leveraged, have you taken out credit card debt to fund this gambling never a good sign........

The premium is 22% higher than the current undervalued shareprice . It is not repeat not a cash offer .

Once we hit the next tier 1 project and OUR share price goes up by 50% then watch them take the offer with both hands .

Not sure if NM can withdraw the offer before .. i would if possible .

They end up with 15% of SOLG rather than just 15% of ENSA. Their only other valuable asset is SOLG shares and they owe SOLG more than the worth of those shares in development costs with that debt disappearing at takeover. Sounds like a very fair offer to me.
