09/1/2019 07:52 | Assuming you mean for the entire company, at what price do you foresee a takeover Mknight? Interested to hear your (and others) opinion on this. If an offer was made for the entire company it would have to be very substantial imo to get NMs attention? | ![]() alwaysevolving
08/1/2019 23:07 | The ask was still loaded with sells today. Seemed to just be a low volume day so not much for a seller to sell into. Usually it is the demand days or news days where they take the opportunity to offload. | ![]() 5070481
08/1/2019 23:05 | Lets see if they return if we push on higher over the next few days. Would be good if they are done now. | ![]() jerryspaniel

08/1/2019 13:57 | Just a theory based on todays low volume in the morning but a share price that's creeping higher. Suggests to me that we don't have the usual seller atm sitting on the price as we have had in past 10 days or so. BOMO also been on the offer quite a bit which doesn't have to be Canadian but well could be. So if we run into selling this pm, I would say its coming from across the pond. I also think, but don't know, that the sellers into NCM's purchase at 40p was from over there too. | ![]() jerryspaniel
08/1/2019 13:27 | Jerry what makes you think we have a Canadian seller ,yesterday we had more sells than buys and the price moved up simular today . I would have thought someone over the last 2 day has been accumulating. | ![]() mknight

07/1/2019 13:36 | National Bank of Canada broker update $SOLG $SOLG.L Solgold $CGP #ecuador SOLG (TSX): C$0.60 Stock Rating: Outperform Target: C$1.10 Risk Rating: Speculative SolGold Makes Discovery at Porvenir Target 15 - One of the Company's Regional Exploration Targets Impact: Positive This morning, SolGold provided an update from its regional exploration activities at its 100% owned Porvenir project in Southern Ecuador. First pass mapping and sampling discovered a broad zone of porphyry style mineralization at Target 15 trending north east and covering an area of approximately 1 km by 6 km. Within this broader zone at Target 15, an area of 800 m by 1,200 m has been identified with rock-saw channel sampling across exposed outcrops returning: ● 62.4 m grading 1.16% CuEq (0.71% Cu and 0.71 g/t Au), including ○ 29.5 m grading 1.56% CuEq (1.01% Cu and 0.89 g/t Au) from 12.1 - 41.6 m. An airborne magnetic survey is planned for the entire Porvenir concession package in H1/10, with drill testing and ground magnetics planned at Target 15 in Q1/19. Continued exploration success from the company's extensive regional package highlights further value in the company beyond the currently defined resource at Alpala. SOLG continues to trade at a compelling valuation (0.43x NAV) and boasts several near-term catalysts (including a PEA for Alpala as well as additional regional exploration). Its compelling exploration opportunities and takeout potential continue to support our Outperform rating - our target remains based on a multiple of 0.8x our fully-financed NAV estimate. | ![]() pob69

07/1/2019 10:46 | This uncertainty is what is holding share price down | ![]() mam fach
07/1/2019 10:21 | I find it difficult to get my mind round a complete take-over of the company given that they've hardly started on most of the prospects/projects and that would be difficult to price. Sure, a sell-down, or partial sale of Cascabel, would be a possibility but even this would come as a "financing" deal imv and who would want to make a price for that before the PEA is announced to the market? | ![]() sogoesit
07/1/2019 09:20 | For whatever reason it does look like there is a seller keeping a cap on this. I think its anyones guess as to why. You would think a forced seller would be more clumsy. PEA the most likely thing to shift this you would think. If the speculation about imminent takeover is correct (which i am a little sceptical of)then NM will be pushing to get that out as soon as possible if he can. This i still think the next RNS will be that rather than increased stakes by anyone. | ![]() 5070481
07/1/2019 09:08 | Regarding potential concerns outlined at it's worth noting the comments in the recent $SOLG $SOLG.L Solgold $CGP NI 43-101 Technical Report #ecuador "Page 24: The Project area is characterized as having a patchwork of remnant mature tropical forest interspersed with disturbed forest and cleared/agricultural land.
