What was the market cap when it was 46p?

Very strong buy signal, I doubt SOLG will ever get to mine anything, it will be taken over by a major.

Given the crazy world situation we are in, caution is understandable and some will prefer to wait until the drill results come through.

It also takes a step or two to grasp the potential implications of 500 metres or more of visible mineralisation starting a few metres below ground. Open pit mining at the start is literally a giant bucket and spade operation: no costly underground portals/tunnels/ventilation systems/haulage systems and so on. Orders of magnitude cheaper and quicker to do than say deep underground block caving. Assuming mineralisation extends to considerable depth, likely they won't have to think about underground mining at Porvenir for many years, by which time the cash flow created will be staggering.

Mk, sites can surprise in both directions. My understanding is that they thought Alpala would be small to mid sized. Maybe La Hueca will surprise everyone. At the moment, it's expected to be mid sized but easy to mine and so economically viable.

Arcadian, FYI, all you need to connect for internet is the green and orange pairs of the cat5 cable.

Had a position here for a short while since around 24p and doubled up this morning after selling some very good gains I picked up from a quick trade on OMI. Now holding close to 300k shares.
