01/10/2020 14:07 | Games taking place over at CGP | ![]() mirabeau
01/10/2020 14:06 | Quite possibly Mknight, I guess we’ll find out soon enough. | ![]() alwaysevolving
01/10/2020 14:03 | Money talks alwaysevolving . maybe this possible 2nd tier 1 might just open their eyes to the bigger picture . I think the share price will rise more thus making the offer just too good to turn down . | ![]() mknight
01/10/2020 14:00 | There seems to be some serious love lost by CGP towards SOLG. I really can’t see them going back on their word not to take the Solg offer despite that decision going against all logic. They would loose too much face at this point given all the shouting they have done about it publicly. It’s a huge gamble they are taking by not accepting SOLGS offer and the odds appear to be stacked against them but I still can’t see them doing a uturn now unless they have overwhelming share holder pressure brought to bear following today’s developments at SOLG? Just my opinion and maybe I’ll be proved wrong? | ![]() alwaysevolving
01/10/2020 13:58 | Level 2 update . Not much until 100k at 31.6 then maybe 120k at 32 . 32k at 31.10 v 27k at 31.25 Now 38k at 31.10 v 12k at 31.40 | ![]() mknight
01/10/2020 13:35 | zcaprd7, yes, it's always been to generous but I think SOLG wanted to reflect the role they played in helping get SOLG to where they are today. The fact that CGP spat it back in their face speaks volumes for their character. | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 13:19 | LT, lets see what else does come out before 14th Oct. Tictok | ![]() lefrene
01/10/2020 13:06 | Does anyone think we might be being too generous with our cornerstone offer? | ![]() zcaprd7
01/10/2020 12:42 | In my view, Blanca and La Hueca, if developed, are likely to fund the tier 1 developments whilst not being tier 1's themselves. | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 12:41 | The chances of Cornerstone accepting the deal are alot stronger than a day ago thats forsure . | ![]() mknight
01/10/2020 12:38 | I suspect if CGP capitulate on the 14th, we will be drilling Blanca soon after. It might not be the biggest site but there appears to be a lot of near surface gold that could fund developments elsewhere. | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 12:34 | Not necessary lowtrawler but possibly . What better way to surprise the market . | ![]() mknight
01/10/2020 12:22 | La Hueca started drilling a full month before Porvenir. If anything similarly exciting was happening there, it would have come out first. | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 12:18 | La Hueca early next week ? | ![]() mknight
01/10/2020 12:13 | Those 11 solgold shares just got sweeter for each of those cornerstone share... | ![]() zcaprd7
01/10/2020 11:47 | Before 14 October? Tiktok | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 11:45 | LT, as more drill results come in, perhaps the penny will drop? | ![]() lefrene
01/10/2020 11:37 | And why would CGP shareholders forego a 15% stake in Alpala, Porvenir, La Hueca, Rio Amarillo and our other 68 sites in favour of a 22% stake in Alpala and 7% in the rest? It simply doesn't make sense and never has done. | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 11:23 | If you have 3 tier 1's to deal with, why would you bother with a 15% minority interest in 1 of those when they are likely going to give up their 15% stake for next to nothing in 18 months? | ![]() lowtrawler
01/10/2020 11:05 | Dartboard1, they will most likely also be out of a job if they don't, they're betting that BHP will come to their rescue. But why would BHP? Just wait for CGP to have to front up their share of development costs, which they seem most unlikely to be able to do. Fun isn't it. | ![]() lefrene
01/10/2020 10:59 | Presentation seemed confident Cornerstone would accept. | ![]() mam fach
01/10/2020 10:58 | They'll be out of a job if the accept | ![]() dartboard1
01/10/2020 10:55 | DD, CGP shareholders should already have been accepting the bid. Today's news is further incentive. However, the CGP Director's seem intent on self destruction and so I'm not holding my breath. | ![]() lowtrawler |
