LowTrawler. That's what thought until recently when I checked the actual recoveries. Only about 60% of the gold resource is recovered as opposed to about 78% of the copper. (Can't find the exact figures but check the PEA (7.94 Mt copper recovered, and gold 12.4 Moz) against the resource statement) So that means copper remains by far the biggest revenue generator even f gold were to get abover $3,000/oz and is why Solg has always insisted it is a copper miner with gold as a by-product. So my thought a few months ago that a higher gold price had already made it an equal NPV generator and would have added to the NPV now was wrong.

We have first mover advantage because solgold snapped up 72 of the best land sites before anyone else could buy them

Thats why drilling results on 2 of the so called sites may just prove NM is telling the truth .

Question to the Solgolders: I've heard the ceo in a few interviews and he always talks about how SOLG have first mover advantage in Ecuador. In the article posted by POB, says there are five mines of strategic importance, Cascabel not being one. Why does he (we) have first mover advantage? Not asking to wind anyone up, I took a stake myself two months ago, so keen to know. Cheers all
