Kwizza,

Lets hope so. If they manage to get that One Dyas deal over the line then they'll be able to get access to those revenues since the effective date back at the start of last year. I cannot see these assets being any more core to ONE Dyas now that the gas price is continuously down below the 2018 prices at present. But those revenues would certainly help in Tanz for the drilling of C-1/N-3. And as you say hopefully they'll get that IPO of HE-1 away and get some drilling activity there too. Hopefully these will slot into place and SOLO can get back trading again.

When I saw the 1 coming up on the monitor I was hoping for some progress on the One Dyas related RTO. But at least the Tanz update sounds positive. Hopefully the gov over there is about to do something at last.

If they knew the reason why they had to suspend the shares, what on earth takes so long to negotiate. We need to examine what is spent by the BOD under this heading of negotiations. I mean we are Solo ie minnow, not a multinational. If the heads are hard, then banging them together gets results! Just have to trust they have our interests in mind.......

4 months plus and counting, half of which has been spent discussing the renegotiation of terms. This BOD need to get a serious dose of urgency about themselves.

Aim rule 41. Shares cancelled if trading in shares not resumed after 6 months of initial suspension. Looks like they have around 2 months to sort things out.
Just reading info on BOIL,who cancelled reverse takeover plans due to the limited time frame to complete and other factors.

Great find, interesting interview. Hopefully they'll get that listed and SOLO will be back trading around then. A bit of a non-event today's news but at least they're still at the table with One Dyas. Hopefully they can still successfully conclude these talks.

Fingers crossed indeed. I'm not sure if you're familiar with COPL who are negotiating a PSC on a block in the same basin on the Moz side. Its beside a large gas development and an oil discovery onshore. So perhaps N-3/C-1 will be the well where AEX and SOLO finally encounter some of that elusive oil on the Tanz side and not just the multi Tcf's that we are expecting.
