+1 Edgein, if the previous RNS from AEX about preparing the road to the drill site is correct the licence could well come with the spud date and if not very soon after.

Lets hope so. Would be nice to see the RTO and open offer complete first though and get these back trading again before Ruvuma drilling.

My belief is that everything hinges on the Ruvuma licence, as that will be a major influence on the cost/dilution of the required funding.

Morning all. What is everyone's feeling about this reverse takeover. Will it actually happen? Sounded great when first announced. Obviously nothing like this is straightforward. Is there a chance solo will talk themselves out of the deal trying to secure better terms?

Yes quite likely, the 2019 gas prices were pretty significantly below the 2018 average for sure.

New broker in, hopefully, fingers crossed to help with the completion of the open offer and financing. Providing they can conclude the ongoing discussions of course on a lower price. Now that the gas price is weaker that imo would make 2150boepd of mainly dry gas seem of even less importance to a large outfit like ONE Dyas, can they come to a price that both are happy with though.

Interesting article. I guess that's what holding up the Ntorya development licence too. I hope they sort out this in the near term as it would be good to see activity in both Tanz and the NS.
