Three tweets so far in 2019 - limbering up for a pre-drill IPO ?

As well as SOLO, another investor in Helium One is HAVOC PARTNERS LLP.



Who at one point had
"The Havoc partners own approximately 15% of Helium One with Jonathan Taylor having a Board position as Non-Executive Director."

The board at Havoc all had links to Ophir Energy plc, which had drilling success off-shore Tanzania with a 15 TcF gas discovery. Ophir farmed out most of their licence which made a good return on investment.

Profit can be made in Tanzania, hopefully Helium One will make use of Sakson's drilling rig which will be in the Rukwa region this year to move the project forward.

Helium is a finite Resource and it will not get replaced anymore so once it's gone it's gone Medical Profession need it for MRI scans and that's why they going mad about people sniffing it as they need it for future use and yes it is the Jewel In solos crown

I watched this do exactly the same some 7 years ago, prior to 20-1 consolidation and billions more shares in circulation now. All the way down to 0.18p

Just bought few to start with. Great prospects. Well managed and trading at 30% above cash. This excluding 10's of millions of assets, lol.

Got a feeling news next will be:
1. Excellent flow rates at HH of 1000+bopd.
2. KN1 flowing 10MMcf of gas.
3. Helium 1 IPO successful and drilling funded to commence Q1 2019.
4. Helium 1 reversed into Solo and assets merged with Ruvuma. 90Bn barrels Helium and 25% share of 1.3Tcf of gas. Helium 1 shareholders gain with exposure to Ruvuma.

All this around the corner if management are thinking cleverly. Would rerate the share price to 10p.
