whoppy knowing the management here they will probably do a placing to get some money for themselves to buy the shares at lower price. On paper this company had so much going for it not just a one trick pony but with poor management who are more concerned about their pay packets then running a successful company that only worried about short termism and the next pay cheque.

If it falls below 1.5p then surely the management need to make some director buys to show confidence in the company.

The constant drop in share price is absolutely awful but with nothing to offer and no tangible potential upsides or news for many months I can't see where else this is gong to go now apart from down further. I am now thinking about cutting my losses and running - something I should have done years ago before I lost most of my investment (and was mug enough to take up the option)- 20/20 hindsight is a great thing! Are we really heading sub 1p again post the massive dilution? What is the current comparable share price in pre dilution money, I daren't get the calculator out as it will be we disgraceful.... NEW BOD, OVER TO YOU, HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ADDRESS THIS - THE RITSON LEGACY LIVES ON....

Simon, Yes agree with that summary. But this situation is where the management need to earn their crust and live up to their exaltations of Solo being in a transformational period. I'm hoping they have plans that we can't see, but at the moment, with their lack of a strategy and communication, it seems it's all a load of bull.

Whoppy.....I think we have a collective BoD shrug of shoulders and hang the share price as we have no ideas at present on how to address the slide...... it's all fingers crossed in the short to medium term on: UKOG pulling the rabbit out of the hat on HH (if we still hold any shares - a great unknown)which would increase our equity value held Aminex farm down actually going through and all other TZ consents going through so we can hopefully start drilling again...but alas that is pie in sky back end of 2019 (???) That some mug punters throw cash at sometime in the future at a Helium IPO thus proving Ritson's genius (hahahaha) Reality is we have nothing positive to take to the market at this time so the share price will drip down as I previously suggested it would.... It would be great if the BoD did somehow surprise us as we are all owed a break - not holding my breath though as this company lurches on from one mess to another........ Ritson's shadow is indeed long, current BoD are probably realising that - how do you rebuild trust and respect in a company that has such a trail of failure behind it....

Game on. RNS today Https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news- detail/AEX/13896142.html "....Further to the announcement dated 21 November 2018, Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") is today publishing a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the proposed farm-out of a 50% interest in the Ruvuma PSA to The Zubair Corporation LLC (the "Farm-Out"). ...."

Is anyone taking responsibility at this company, or have they all shrugged their shoulders.

Looks like a good hire, but we need something positive out of the banana republic before we can possibly recover. Maybe he can do something with our Canadian “asset”?

Oh forgot KN-1 remediation, solo's Technical Op's manager thinks they still stand a good chance of completing the perf's before year end.

I agree with a lot of the ritson comments, although he is bl00dy good Geologist and have him to thank for NT-1 and the Ruvuma gas find. SP is the pits and reflects about $0 for the Ruvuma Asset and only covers about twice cash and rec, anyone would think they had drilled 2 Dusters not 5TCF GIIP and 763 BCF 2C As for the New Management, I am positive about their credentials and the future after meeting them last week at the SH meeting. Early days for them yet and not much they can do other than wait for Aminex to sort their bit out and wait on Helium-1 to get the IPO out the way early next year. I reckon 2019 should be very good, Ruvuma farmout/drill development plan and licence, Helium-1 IPO (London stock exchange Q-1) and 4 drills on their plan, they plan production 2020, same time as Ruvuma. Bets of luck

Management staring at the share price unable to act as they don't know what to do. They will have to resign soon. Sub penny not far away. Shocking shambles of poor strategy and no plans.

Couldn’t agree more Simon. I feel like an idiot having believed anything that Ritson said. I knew sales guys like him who said deals would definitely close, purely based on their wish that they would and not on reality. I had hope the board change would start to fix things, but they haven’t got a lot to work with when most of the cash is in a banana republic.

Thanks simon - I agree with that summary, but to takeover management without a plan is kidding themselves, especially when they knew what they were taking on and the importance of creating value. They are doing exactly what Ritson did, hoping and praying our investments come good without actively selling monetising it. No farmout, no new deals, no nothing. Are they really going to keep this up until Easter? Surely they realise they can't just sit around doing nothing.

I do really sympathise with that view Whoppy given the erosion of value in the share price that remains pre and post the imbecile Ritson; but unfortunately the new management inherited the mess and assets from Ritson and that is all they have. New management did exchange our position in HH for shares in UKOG which was heralded as a good move universally from a cash flow perspective. However - UKOGs share price (which makes up a large part of our balance sheet if we still own any?!?) has slid considerably which will have a knock on effect in our SP, that together with TZ being a basket case investment destination with Aminex farm-out on hold until Q1 (Q2?) next year that inactivity will also impact us. Helium is the hot air we all thought when the idiot Ritson spent our NT3 money on it (and subsequently then increased our holding via the back door). All in all new management have years of Ritson rubbish and the appalling reputation that has conveyed upon SOLO to unpick - my view, this is just going to keep dripping down unless we get some startling good news out of HH - don't hold your breath on TZ or Helium (or Nigeria or Canada). Suspect I will get slated but that is my sum up of where we are - in the words of Del Boy - what a plonker - I did subscribe to the shares on offer to PIs!
