14/7/2020 15:40 | It sure is greenelf .one wonders jast howmuch a major strike would raise the share price . Could we jump 10p on the opening possibly yes . So best to be in until the PFS at the end of September .Then it wait for BHP mid October . | ![]() mknight
14/7/2020 15:32 | This so ripe for a "surprise" bid.. | ![]() greenelf
14/7/2020 15:30 | The excitement has not gone away just the traders . The rigs are drilling the results will surprise then the traders will buy aga8n and around we go . Or an offer will come in with the traders out . | ![]() mknight
14/7/2020 14:58 | Pathetic volume again. Traders are clearly not yet active here and the excitement has dissipated. Back to being patient. | ![]() lowtrawler
14/7/2020 13:14 | That must have been exciting for Craig Jones lol | ![]() lowtrawler
14/7/2020 12:54 | Proactive observations... Craig Jones was "pulled off..." quote. FN deal only waiting for DD...cannot ATM because of quarantining, but looking at 'virtual' solutions... Running PFS, data collection, financing package being conducted in parallel. We have all the geotechnical data, we're looking at production aspects at the same time. Higher gold prices and lower discount rates being applied to PFS. Current cash takes right up to final decision time...at least 18 months...will also fund regional assays... Alpala is first opportunity to get cashflow....I'm not going to speculate on other parties that might like to acquire it... By the time you apply improvements in Opex, lower discount rates and metal prices you're looking at significant improvements in the project value..."its obviously high and we're nowhere near it...I'll tell you that..." Rigs at Porvenir looking at an outcrop 148 metres long compared to 50/60 metres at Alpala...we're even more confident at Porvenir...once we get in we'll be reporting on a hole by hole basis... | ![]() rougepierre

14/7/2020 12:13 | Here's a new 16 mins Nick Mather interview with Proactive (in response to the lack of a live video previously offered) Solgold SOLG $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #cascabel #ecuador Franco due diligence - desktop work has been done, and he is hopeful the site visit will be as soon as possible. Resignation of Craig Jones - Newcrest unhappy with royalty deal as they wanted cheap equity deal. Interested in looking after all shareholders. He was a "strong contributor to the company and he didn't want to leave the board". Alpala was "never a joint venture with Newcrest and it is in Solgold's possession". Looking at management additions including financial ones to assist Ingo in further development funding. Also looking at ESG and "will be making a board appointment there to address these requirements". World is awash with money and this cap "Funding packages being worked on a conditional basis should see low capital costs." Not speculating on other ways on getting further cash flow from Alpala and largely not up to me but through 3rd parties. We are not working on this and not remotely interested in this with the current low MC. Fair value - Won't tell us what that would be for the company or Alpala "but it is obviously high and we are nowhere near that" Drilling is mobilising at Porvenir - "even more condfident about what the drilling programme may yield there when compared to Alpala". Drill results reporting - not practicle on every single hole at Alpala but once porvenir drilling starts then "we will almost certainly report on a hole by hole basis". Broker coverage - a number of houses cover Solgold but "he thinks it will increase". investors.co.uk/comp | ![]() pob69
14/7/2020 11:19 | Thanks to whoever tipped me ARCM...now already up 100%... Augurs well for SOLG if Anglo is buying into a relative minnow like ARCM... | ![]() rougepierre
14/7/2020 10:27 | MASSIVE DEAL FOR ARC MINERALS WITH ANGLO AMERICAN....NEWS JUST OUT!!! | johncasey
14/7/2020 10:08 | DGR Global, 9.85% SOLG holder up 25% in a week at .069 after ,075 last night (36%)... | ![]() rougepierre
13/7/2020 16:36 | UT 23.00 UP another 4.1% . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 16:14 | Says it all they will buy 50k at 22.90 and they offering on the book 22.40 . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 16:12 | Sell that is. | ![]() greenelf
13/7/2020 16:11 | Just had dummy trade of 22.90 for 50000. | ![]() greenelf
13/7/2020 16:08 | Greenelf .. looks like plenty of demand into the close we will see how the UT looks volume wise . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 16:05 | Lowtrawler . They are better off taking the offer and hoping Newcrest comes in with a better offer . Let face is who wants 15% of a project which they have no control of ? The 7% of Solgold has value for a stake builder but 15% of ensa has no value . Solgold are o ly interested in it so it can raise 1.5 billion with it which makes sense .imho . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 16:04 | The MMs love pratting around near the close. | ![]() greenelf
13/7/2020 15:57 | Do you expect any response from CGP other than "we believe the offer significantly under values...." ?In reality, I expect them to leave the door open. As stated before, they need a SOLG bid to extract more value and if a bid is not forthcoming, they would be acting foolishly to reject the SOLG offer. I don't rule out them acting foolishly. | ![]() lowtrawler
13/7/2020 15:51 | I wouldn't want to be a CGP private investor. The bad blood between the companies could see the SOLG bid being rejected and other events not going the way CGP hope leaving them as an empty shell. | ![]() lowtrawler
13/7/2020 15:50 | Lowtrawler Correct me if i am wrong but they said they would study the offer and reply to it in the next 15 days of which probably a week has gone . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 15:47 | CGP would be well advised not to make any formal statement until close to the deadline. A lot can happen over that period. | ![]() lowtrawler
13/7/2020 15:36 | Greenelf . Good point . The offer for Cornerstone shareholders is looking better by the day the more Solg shares rise . If we do get them i am sure NM will use the 15% to raise monies for building the mine in a royalty or streaming type of operation . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 15:26 | Arcadian Thats not a ramp but commonsense . He knows most have seen the last detailed Interview . Would seem silly todo another one exactly the same . Copper doing well again futures over 296 now . Come along way from jusy over 200 and now only 10% from 330 . GOLD at 1805 some which is 36 % over the PEA . | ![]() mknight
13/7/2020 15:25 | Surprised CGP have not done the formal offer declination yet. What else is going on in the background? Manouvers in the dark..Exciting times. Come on Franco. | ![]() greenelf |
