Something I posted on my primary board CEO.ca about Warren Irwin which I may as well share here as we all have agendas!

...No take other than Warren Irwin said exactly the same thing around 16 months ago! He is clearly consistent in his view of Nick Mather but frankly it is all heat and no light, but then again what do I know?

My messages from 10 April 2019 offers the following 2 comments (concerning an interview he gave);

Interview Warren Irwin 30:30 Cornerstone "will be bought out within the next 12 months" and 46:40 not happy with "nasty takeover offer" made by Nick Mather or "how he does business"

He talks about "retribution", "flexibility to go after people" and other "threats" to those he doesn't engage with. What does he mean and what leverage exists?

Many of these "threats" to remove Nick Mather have been repeated since. I note that no one offered any comments on leverage, so what has changed since April 2019?

A good day to create a sense of disillusionment to dislodge weak holders and start a downward feel by a strategic deft hand at timely intervals with the book that it`s tempting to quote bits from Henry Vth`s Agincourt.

Of course it is mkrampynight you said the same at 26.8p 6 weeks ago 26 percent down.....ouch.......Some rampers get all they deserve.......Newcrest selling should put even more pressure on the price and leave the way for BHP to pick up the company cheaply...........Whats happened to the rampers and all those options that would have to be in profit, cat got your tongues on that ramp...............Bhp and newcrest don't think the company is worth more than 21.5p a share and that's their figure nothing Mather has done has changed that view....

You might be right lowtrawler but the price is at a good level now to top up . Very difficult to buy at the bottom .

Gold may well break the 1800 today .

There has been nothing new in any of the recent reports. We have continued to fall based on thin trading volumes. The true direction of travel will be dictated when volume picks up. The market remains concerned about how Newcrest intend to punish SOLG. I don't share that concern and am confident the direction of travel is going to be up. However, I think we could be a month away from higher volume with the price continuing to drift until then.

I noticed when i bought today that the mm.s went running for cover pulled trades from the sell side ( illegal) but they do it all the time to try and push the share price down.

Still up or down tomorrow i can see through their little games and will take advantage of the cheap price .

Whilst no one would be happier than I to see share price double
it is looking very unlikely anytime soon considering we can't even keep above 20p.
Been holding for years hoping for £££'s and where are we?
Still languishing @ 20p.

At this price you will double your money within 6 monrhs and maybe alot sooner imho .

More shares for me tomorrow as the sale must end soon .

Will they let us get drilling results out before they make a bid ? Commonsense says they wont wait . It could cost them a fortune .

The first bid could be only days away .

Lets see what the market makes of it tomorrow . I will be buying early thats forsure .

Franco will want their 100/150m tied up quickly as well . On top of that Gold nearing an all time high and copper up yet again .

Everything points to NM`s determination to develop these assets without the majors and it will take a really high bid to deflect him from his purpose. His approach to financing brought it home to the majors and realising this they are taking the gloves off because if they don`t it will happen without them and this will be a bitter blow as they are used to running the show. These assets are exceptional and the new drilling will only add to their dilemmas.

So if they sell no doubt BHP will snap them up and the share price will rise .

If they buy Cornestone they will increase their holding to 20% ish and the share price will rise .

If they make a bid for SOLGOLD the share price will rise ..

Should rise tomorrow .
