Seriously? Most of the unusual trade action is a result of underwriter action following the share issue. It will stop soon and we can see a more stable pricing position.

Not sure what is going on . But with that amount of trades we must have a large buyer picking them up . No doubt when they finish selling we will get an rns advising us that Cornerstone have sold and the new buyer or buyers position .How many do tou think they have left to sell ?

Its possible they will end up in the hands of BHP in October .

Just cannot see how NM can keep them at bay .

What price ? 40_60p if we dont find something good when drilling . NM needs to get the permits next to Alpala and get the rigs in fast .

Another 157 million to go would raise £33 million at the current price...

They only had $933m cash at 31 March despite selling $1.7m of SOLG shares...

Their quarterly cash burn was $1.78 million so as someone else said they are selling SOLG to keep the lights on...

5 million shares sold in Q1 and over 7 million sold so far in Q2...

If Cornestone sell all there shares which seems likely then they may have enough funds to pay solgold up to the DFS .

Everyday cornerstone has less if gold keep marching on they could be out in a few weeks .

On 7 May CGP's holding was 8.2%, so somebody hasn't updated the record because the RNS says it has reduced from 8.85%...

On 31 December CGP held over 169 million shares and have sold 12.227 million since then up to today's RNS...

To raise cash or baulk SOLG...?

Most are between 5 to 10% down .

Positive golds stock ..most are 4% up

Gold prices may hit 1800 dollars in the next few weeks as investors run for cover .

We have seen airlines ..banks ..and all the other stocks i spoke about yesterday crash today .

Slightly disappointed we are not 23p today but if Gold starts motoring this afternoon we might just yet .

Not sure if Cornesrstone are still selling but it seems possible after seeing a 500k sell go through .

I think its great the Sp goes up on large selling as you say what will happen when they have sold out ..

Copper 265.5 looking good .

It would suggest that now is the time to buy .

Of course there do...but I believe the 'buyer' was all the buys during the day, and the MMs were able to hold the price down knowing they had a guaranteed seller at 21.75...

The same thing happened yesterday but it was 5 million...

And edge...they weren't selling at the bottom...they defined 'the bottom' and the closing share price (21.75), as indeed they did yesterday (20.3)...

Of course for every sell there is a buy, but I think the MMs have been able to keep the share price down all day, as they did yesterday, knowing that this feed was guaranteed...

The good news is someone bought them and is adding .

Normally when they have finished selling or pass a threshold eg from 3% to 2.96%.

WTF!!!!!!

Same as yesterday...someone has sold a cartload of shares (c 10 million) in multiple bargains at 21.75 between 16.30 and 16.35...

Yesterday it was 5 million...

My guess has to be Cornerstone again, taking a wrecking ball to the SP, either to raise cash or more likely keep SOLG's price down for the share swap takeover...

Or could it actually be BHP putting them up to this...?

Surely there will be a holdings announcement from whoever's doing this in the next few days...or are they allowed to complete their full order before they have to notify SOLG...?
