Reverted to 20.3/20.4 but...

They're trying again...20.15/20.3...

Looking to shake out day traders or balance the books...

If nobody sells and this closes at 20.3/20.4 or better we're in business

AIMHO as usual...

Here comes the attempted takedown...hold tight...20.1/20.4...

But still actually bidding 20.33 for stock...

Is this a bluff...?

Especially as I'm bid 19.86 for 500,000...

Am I selling...certainly not...

If that Offer price moves up, this could surge....

Here's a wild thought...

Supposing CGP are being incentivised to keep selling and keep the share price down for a prospective bidder who has promised appropriate recompense to CGP...

Rp, it's what I anticipated, hence my comment on weekly exploration updates. We might get some field reports before August but I don't see us having any drill results before then.

Hi LT...reports on LSE of replies to emailed replies from the Company:

"Correct, the plan is to release drill results as they are ready and material, once drilling commences. SolGold aims to replicate the blueprint created at Alpala for all priority targets, which will mean frequent dill hole updates."

and

“Do let me know if you have any further questions, but do stay tuned for the next webinar!”

Low .

I think if institutions were happy to buy at 21.50 then they will be happy to buy at 20.50 .

1 of 2 things seem to be happening

We are being shorted or

cornerstone are selling stock .

If its the shorters they have to close sooner or later if its cornerstone they will sell out sooner or later then we will move up ...

News such as permits will make the above happen quicker .

Rp, I posted that at 22952. Doesn't mean they're going to drill all the sites. I suspect most will have "field work" rather than drilling.

From the 4 June RNS...

"SolGold looks forward to delivery of the PFS for Alpala by 30 September 2020, recommencement of regional exploration programmes at Rio Amarillo and Chical, both within 40km of Alpala, and the promising Porvenir, Celen, La Hueca and Sharug (Santa Martha porphyry) projects in southern Ecuador, following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, which are expected progressively over the next quarter. Field work at Alpala, Chical and Rio Amarillo will be recommencing immediately."

Low.. all factual but NM does not seem to be the kind of guy that keeps to the plan .

They dont have alot of time BHP will snap them up in October cheaply unless he can get the share price up .Give me 40p and i will move on i am pretty sure most would take 40p today ..

However if they can prove that one or more of the other sites has tier 1 potential then i would want more .

Mk, I'm only going on what has been stated in the RNS. NM will have to have verified the information was factual and reflected their true intentions. This being the case, I don't expect them to accelerate the programme as you describe. It would also be quite difficult given they don't mention Blanca as a target, need a permit for Rio and only have permits for 2 of their targets.

If 30p was cheap = 27p today after fund raising then 20p seems well over done .

Waiting for one of my other shares to go a little higher then i will take another 300k .

As long as NM keeps funding every 6 months it will be fine . The problem comes when you are down to your last buck and then try to get funding .

I think they will use more rigs over a shorter time . He needs to struke quickly or BHP will snap us up for 40p .

They have set aside funding for 35,000m of drilling over the next 18 months. A single drill does 8,000m in a year and so they are only likely to be using 3 or 4 drills. You would usually setup a couple of drills at a prospect. As I said, 2 or 3 locations will be drilled over the next 18 months. We will need to come back for additional funding if we find something and for exploring the other sites. We're an explorer and so will need to keep raising funds until into production. In the meantime, the other sites will get the usual surface studies.

Phattrader ..exactly now is the time to add if you can and await the drilling news .. There will be plenty of it .

Suprised we are not a wee bit higher today but it will come .

18 months without having to worry where the next pound is coming from . Silly prices no wonder why the directors and staff have added at 21.50 .

Ingo mentioned on LinkedIn that “exploration is now fast tracked”.

You can bet your bottom
$ they will be drilling 24/7 with as many rigs as they can on the best prospects they have licenses on and will not be shy to tell the market on any discovery.

“The best bid defence is a higher share price”.

All that is required from us is Patience and lots of it until October.
