Your comments are negative to the points of saying 3 to 1 on buy v sells
What you do not know is the "AT"s of what you think is a sell is a BUY, and that is how the order book works, only "0" trades one is able to say is buy or sell on the ADVFN trades.

we do not know if the price for any placement will be below or higher than the price now.

On my monthly thread, I select shares for the short term, and one of them in August was TCG @ 5.46p, it went as high as 15p very soon after, and it was the best performer of the month. No wonder posters are calling you names, I will add and call you a LIAR also.

It might be at 30 or 35p by newcrest and Bhp. Then we will rise to that number and be funded for another year or so . It happens .

Did notice myself today.


If price say 22.70 to sell and 23.1 to buy, and price marked at 22.9, if a buy came in at decent volume to buy for 23.3p , nothing moved on share price.

A small sell comes in and everything moved down accordingly.

As i said last week, the spivvs have it for now.

Just got to wait for it to turn on a six pence, which it will.

The negative news today did not help from the start and to help that someone has been manipulating the order book to their aim, despite some good "0" buy trades and some paying premium, but "AT"s are taking over.
I bit busy today as tomorrow I am off to a business trip for 8 days.

Amazing how easily it is to move a £400m company on the stock market 5-10% either way eg £20-£40m

£100,000 to £200,000 usually does it.

Shows at times how irrelevant market caps are if you can move a share price and hence the market cap on such little cost.

Makes a mockery of the term " the market is always efficient "

I notice with the RNS regarding the sad helicopter accident, the company didn't miss an opportunity to spell out it's credentials. Our 'very hard working' chart miner doesn't seem to have moved mountains just yet. (No don't bother you're in my bin :¬) )

The only thing for sure is that it's another month for Newcrest to come out of purdah, but yes the AGM will no doubt be an opportunity for positive words.

Order book things

Trading so far
Opened very low with a UT 23.25p, all the reverse of Friday close, those things happened before 9am , so one should not trade before that time to get a good price.

But since buyers are back for the stock and the last trade was for 83k paying 23.86p well above offer price of 23.60p

Stresses global importance of discovery, investments by BHP and Newcrest and offers "tremendous amount credit to the Solgold management in growing it into a world class deposit". NO mention of recent corporate shenanigans or his position.
