Someone is trying to beat us into submission.
With current turmoil (for want of a better word) in UK political arena
no news will move share price.

Looks to me buyers are back, for bhp 60p a share is a small change and it's more then worth it

A 60p offer !

You are deluded, is there perhaps a chance that this company is in financial distress. Maybe the reason we have Ingo onboard is to try and rescue the business.

I suspect the market has become aware of a discounted rights issue on the cards and is responding accordingly.

On a day like this a cheeky 60p offer would do it.

Charts are pointing to testing 22p again, bounced last time, will it hold, after 22p, looking at 19p.

I think we all have to accept that copper is at a low point in the cycle for several reasons. This and world uncertainty add to the pressure on the share price At the same time it is often the case that copper interests are bought at the bottom of the cycle - witness Anglo Pacific buying in Chile recently. Our big partners may be biding their time but so should we as the world supply of copper does not meet current demand never mind that of future growth. The investment case is strong and one can either play games in and out or just accept the reasoning and be patient over a longer period. I
confess that I expected a US-China deal in the coming months but now it may just be that despite Trump needing a deal China may prefer someone else in the White House and wait it out. I shall hold and filter unreasoned views especially if they become rude or stupid but I don`t mind someone disagreeing.

Until NM finally shows his hand this stock is rudderless, the only known on the horizon is that Newcrest is unshackled in mid October, and that they and BHP felt it was worth 45p to buy their positions, and did so with many £millions. Nothing has melted away, it's not an internet stock, or some sort of agency built on goodwill and phone numbers, there's real resources, and by my guesstimate over $500 billions worth and quite possibly much more. Eventually something will emerge, but sitting in the fog wears holders down, easy prey to MM games.

More upside - I don't think so:

Sorry but in my opinion nobody in their right mind is going to bid for any of the solgold concessions with this negativity towards mining in Ecuador.

It concerns me greatly that the company needs funding, where will it come from and who will take the risk.

The new guy has his work cut out - perhaps prepare yourselves for a large placing.

To be fair to you, when the share were at 24p you predicted 25p - and you were right.
