23/4/2024 13:46 | 3m shares traded daily ( not all sells) takes the share price down 5% on two consecutive days. We have 3 billion shares in issue. Go figure. !!! | francoismyname
23/4/2024 13:35 | The chart does not look good . Only a bid or finance news can stop the rot by looks of it . | mknight
23/4/2024 12:48 | We have a saying in Liverpool. Don’t listen to sheep shaggers. | francoismyname
23/4/2024 11:44 | Nearly 2 million shares sold already today. Looks like the big money is getting out. I warned you all about the 8.84p level - I was wrong, but only temporarily. We have a saying in Wales: "This dog's had his last tin of Chappie." Poor toast, buying like crazy over the 10p level. Hope you took some profit while you could Hazl, you seem like a nice lady. | cymrurrhydd

23/4/2024 11:18 | It was your post mk... "Tomorrow may confirm a breakout to the downside..." My response "We've already got one... Broken support at 9.40" Breakout that is... | rougepierre
23/4/2024 11:10 | Yawn. Who needs shorters when we have you? This will have a certain value at any time because of it's assets. The rest is speculation. | hazl
23/4/2024 10:42 | They need to inform the market that they have raised funds . The longer it takes the lower the share price will go imho . When they have raised funds then the Sp will jump 50 percent maybe . So if we get down to 8p then the annoucement and days after should take us to 12p . If they wait too long 7p mqy come and the rise would then be to 10.5p approx All imho | mknight
23/4/2024 10:00 | 9p seems about average for the last 6 months, to me. So unless news I see no reason why that will change. | hazl
23/4/2024 09:41 | OMG the Welsh boy has returned. Just waiting for Dave to pop up with his 6p prediction. Oops cym has just done it but as we know they are the same no Mark . Anyway downwards Solg goes..... | original fastjet
23/4/2024 08:29 | Wrong hazl, I'm not toast, not either of them. One toast (the ramper) is a lone poster, and the other toast (the deramper) posts as toast, davethehorse, ste2000, purple and several others. There's only one cym though. You know at least with me, I keep my word. karma hehe | cymrurrhydd
23/4/2024 08:23 | And I thought the same mknight, with your last statement. We will see. | hazl
23/4/2024 08:19 | The companies assets are great , the gold and copper prices are great even with a slight pull back . The solgold team is the problem ,they dont seem to learn that the market hates doubts about raising funds . A buying opportuntity coming for the brave by looks of it . | mknight
23/4/2024 08:19 | Cym toast same poster naturally. | hazl
23/4/2024 08:15 | I was just thinking the same francois. But whatever happens to the gold price....and it is still considered very high....this company's assets will have a certain value. It is for the individual to decide what that is, given the facts and using even intelligent guesses. Of course even then they could be wrong, such is the nature of share selection! | hazl
23/4/2024 08:10 | Looks like it's time for old Cym to come back... I kept my word about going away but vowed to return if this ever went back to 8.84p again which it has. You poor daft mugs, especially toast, his brute of a wife is going to kill him now, all his life savings in this dog. And fastjet the nonce, still being creepy... LEAVE THEM KIDS ALONE YOU NONCE. This is going to 6p today. | cymrurrhydd
22/4/2024 19:34 | Word to the wise, Old red plays both sides of the trade and the fact he is acknowledging a drop tells me he has offloaded a bundle and looking for a cheaper buy in. He will no doubt tell the world of his next huge buy..... | original fastjet
22/4/2024 18:14 | I think Rougepierre can answer for himself . Anyway lets see what tomorrow brings . | mknight
22/4/2024 17:56 | No he was saying in reply to you ya daft mug that we have a breakdown to the downside. I know you don’t like the hear negative so you need it interpreted ya daft mug. Even when a ramper posts a negative truth the other rampers try to make it a bid What a set of ramping tubes | havinthelasttoast
22/4/2024 17:31 | Sorry rougepierre. Couldnt understand what you are trying to say . Are you saying we already have a bid ? | mknight
22/4/2024 17:27 | We've already gor one... Broken support at 9.40 | rougepierre
22/4/2024 17:10 | francois, a Tier 1 asset at the current state of development and in a friendly jurisdiction would traditionally be considered to have a starting value around $1bn i.e. £800m. In a metals bull market, more might be expected. On the plus side of the ledger, you have a fully explored mine with decent nearby infrastructure and a supportive local community. Together with the strong metals market, that might point to a value in excess of £1bn. Add on a value for Porvenir and SOLG starts to look like a very undervalued proposition. On the negative side of the ledger, you have an unstable political regime. You also have various NSR deals including up to 8% with the Ecuador government, 1% with FNV, 0.6% with the Chinese and a voidable (for $4m) 2% with the original explorers. These NSR deals will reduce the value by at least 20% and probably more. You then have the unresolved potential liability to explore all the other licenses. Taking all these factors into account, the potential value needs to be discounted by over 30%. It still leaves at least £700m of potential value and possibly more. The next big question is whether shareholders can benefit from this undervaluation or will there be further dilution? It is clear that further funds need to be raised and so a discount has to be applied for this. IMV, it still leaves at least £600m of value, providing a bid is made before further dilution or NSR deals. It would not surprise me if potential bidders could see value up to £1bn but it would also not surprise me if an initial bid was made around £400m. For current shareholders, the risk is a bid does not arrive or the political situation shifts. Given these risks, it does not appear to me unreasonable for SOLG to be currently valued at less than £300m. | lowtrawler
22/4/2024 17:07 | Tomorrow may confirm a breakout to the downside . I guess that what happens when you leave the finance too long . The punters will only wait for so long . | mknight |
