The Small directors buy was not good news as it should have been . I like many was hoping for finance to be sorted this week or news of a sale . Not sure on the rules but it would seem no news for a period if time other than a few more Directors buying . I reduced accordingly .

PFS prices

Copper - $3.85
Gold - $1750
Silver - $22.50

Currently

Copper - $4.37 (12% up)
Gold - $2363 (35% up )
Silver - $28.00 ( 25% up )

And we are still valued under £300m FFS.

Markets just opened.

Gold up as expected but copper gone a bit ballistic - up 2.5% in first few minutes. We will probably open down. !!!

That PFS looks more juicy by the day.

Regarding the FD director buy last week.

My theory.

We need funding of some sort in the next couple of months. If it’s in the FD’s control it would be a sale of assets, royalty deal or a placing ( which has been dismissed by Scott) . Therefore the FD would know of all 3 above and quite rightfully be accused of insider dealing if any of them happened in the coming days /month.

However if there is a hostile takeover in the background coming soon and the FD has an inkling it’s coming but nothing confirmed , then you can’t be accused of insider dealing from a hostile bid.

I think a bids coming and soon.

Strange goings on , Directors have not sold any shares in Solgold and it would seem they are buying more . So they must think they can raise at anytime they want to , next week expect to see Scott add to his many purchases .

MK, if a financing deal is under negotiation. Whether in the next few weeks or months, the FD would be unable to buy. It either means Scott was fantasising about what might happen or the deal has fallen through. Which is it?
