Porvenir is open pit so would no doubt get into production before Cascabel .

hazl, most of the worlds major banks have been bust since 17-9-19 when the New York Repo Market crashed. The market crashed because those lending into it realised that many of the borrowers in this overnight lending market would not be able to repay the next morning. The FED stepped in and closed the market for 25 minutes, and started pouring $ billions upon billions of dollars into it, to unjam it. At least they had learnt something from the Lehman's debacle.

Between 17-9-19 and 31-12-19 $19.8 trillions were thrown at it. How much more was thrown at it after 31-12-19 has not been revealed. But the crash was reckoned to be 4 to 6 times bigger than the Lehman's whoopsie, which altogether consumed $34 trillions.
So on that basis circa $135 to $200 trillions.

No wonder they needed a distraction, jolly convenient that virus thingy turning up when it did, don'tcha think?

On 17-9-19 the Repo market was underpinning a $400 trillions derivatives market, now that derivatives market is past $1000 trillions. The sheeple have no idea that they are living in some sort of financial hologram.

MK, if they monetise Porvenir there is likely to be a direct comparison made to what Cascabel might be worth (rightly or wrongly). If they get a good price for Porvenir, the share price could massively spike. Good luck.

Yes but I would have expected 12 by now.

Still as you say bit by bit is likely best.

Lowtrawler.

In that case Porvenir would be the favourite and the company has stated non dilutive . Not sure how much they would get for it . I guess 60/80m would be acceptable .

Francoismyname .

As suggest yesterday it seems it pushes up this time of the day waiting for the Rns that is expected . The market seems to know before us so a large run up this afternoon would indicate something has been logged imho .

MK, the Franco type deals are highly dilutive and Cascabel can ill afford any more. For each 0.5 percent, they are effectively selling 1% of the Cascabel project profits and making future bids less likely. This is why the major shareholders were so opposed to the original Franco deal. If you work the numbers through, each 0.5% NSR deal will remove around 3% of the IRR. The low IRR is why bids have not been pouring in.

Slowly creeping up. A gentle push would see this over 10p in a millisecond.

Lowtrawler , i would be surprised if they sold off anything just yet . Probably a Franco type deal for half or .6 of a percent .

MK, one thought about which assets they may sell. It is possible they will dispose their interests outside Ecuador. Not sure how much these would be worth but it could tide them over till a bid?

The common ground for all derampers is that Solgold needs to raise non diluted monies to see them through to the day when the permits are all sorted . I dont see a massive uplift in the share price until we have the confirmation which i understand this to be this month .Then i.ho it will explode upwards .

Of course if you wait to buy then you wont get the benifits of the massive uplift .

As metal prices rise so the viability and value of Solg rises. The scale of Cascabel means the value rise is not linear but exponential.
