As mentioned they will just keep making acquisitions. You aren't going to get dividends just more and more acquisitions. Go and study HG Capital or Constellation software and look at the backers of this venture.

On 2 April 2024, the Company announced the sale of the printing.com domain to JAL Equity Corp for £1,772,000. Related disposal costs totalled £60,000.Take that exceptional profit and the company still making a loss. More exceptional loss to come in second half for paying off the bonds off £867,000. Running on empty after 6/7 companies bought. Market cap £ 93 million ?

They are going to roll up a lot of U.K. niche software businesses. Go and look at Constellation software that is the model.

Daniel Ek family office took part in the raise, Chapters group is backed by Mitch Rales the founder of Danaher, one of the best shares of all time. Directors coming in from Constellation Software, Judges Scientific.. absolute A Team and getting cashed up...
