I hope to see a "successful" conclusion to the dispute with "buy/sell" as per Sept RNS...

Any successful conclusion will mean cash levels multiples of the current mkt cap..

this in addition to the current NAV of 24p

One thing i pointed out is that from a property share perspective - This does have little debt versus it assets - by quite a large margin - The problem being cashflow - Perhaps it will get taken out - unless liquidated by 27th sept which judging from previous statements they are not looking to do -

Evening - Good days Volume of over 5mill - When you consider after this rise the market cap is only 940k - assets in xs of 20p per share - however as announced i hope to see asset disposal - The thing is even at a loss the NAV is considerably higher!!
