Whoever said to me yesterday OUCH, I can reassure you that all is OK with Sven, took profits yesterday from something else and got back in this morning with 124268 shares. not a lot but mustn't grumble.

my view dan, yet another undervalued property company, if they sell something or sell the lot then its happy days, I bought in after selling och yesterday.

can I add, I don't think it will be too long before we start banging on 2p as a base and trying to take out 2.5p..

Profit takers are gone and the spread is a little wide for day trading IMO

As highlighted in our previous report released at the end of June 2011, The Company is still in talks with various parties, including BuySell with a view to resolving its outstanding claims. Although progress has been slow because of the complexities of some of the issues, The Company continues to believe that there is a realistic possibility that the talks will be concluded successfully and hopes to be able to make an announcement detailing progress later in 2011. This would clearly be a positive development for the Company and its shareholders. However at this stage the Group still values the BuySell inventory as nil.

The Company rescinded six contracts with BuySell, a Bulgarian property development company, on 17 April 2009 due to BuySell's non performance of their contractual duty to deliver completed properties in Sofia to the Company by the due date. As a result of BuySell's non-performance the Company is entitled to claim the repayment of its EUR9.5 million deposit plus penalties of an additional EUR9.5 million.

This could do very well especially if they come to some agreement with Buy/Sell but I don't much about Buy/Sell.

Look at the half year report back in September. NAV of 24p a share. Yes, 24p. Plus they are in dispute with a contractor (BuySell) which SPFL believes they owe them 19 million euros about £16m. Now look at the market cap, £1m... There's scope here for a massive gain.
