A bit of Soco news:



Revenues to governments become payable by the Company due to oil production entitlements, taxes, royalties, licence fees and infrastructure improvements. During 2015, SOCO paid $240.4m to governments, primarily in Vietnam where SOCO's Te Giac Trang and Ca Ngu Vang fields produced over 14 million barrels of oil during the year (4.4 million net to SOCO), generating revenues for the Company of almost $215m. A total of $238.6m was paid to the Vietnam government including production entitlements, royalties, income tax and licence fees.

The bulk of that will have been PV's entitlements to production.

Hi red,My sympathy. It seems that the resident loony leftie is into full-on smear, personal attacks, lies about political opponents and misrepresentation. This is exactly the sort of political approach that all sensible people should abhor - and yet more evidence of the need for radical change (and the extinction of Labour) in order to recover our democracy.Unfortunately such people don't just go away or observe normal social norms - they just keep the switch stuck on transmit. Meanwhile, I'd guess deals are being dusted off after the last week's market excitement.

If it was Farage and Remain had won by 52% he would be demanding a second referendum as he has always said.
