50% discount to NAV. |
9.48% yield on that! |
57.6p paid. Just recycling some ebox profits. |
Change of manager would really help To be fair to Tripple Point they aren't fraudsters; but that's a pretty low bar to clear, and with DGI9 they've lost all market confidence Get Atrioto in who have a social/assisted housing platform in to manage it |
It may be a snail's pace, but it may end up being a fairly juicy snail when it eventually lands on our plate. |
The update shows we are moving in the right direction, but it is at a snail's pace. |
Indeed. And most amusing of all - EBOX only up 1%. ASLI is up more.
(Granted, the EBOX move happened yesterday and when the rumours first emerged a few weeks ago). |
CSH was the read across that also didn't really read across |
Every REIT investor calling a read-across, from a possible bid (price/discount to NAV unknown) for a Euro warehouse co :)
There was barely any read-across when UK REITs were getting picked off (LXI, CTPT, UKCM, nearly API..). |
Whats the read across? |
EBOX takeover. Read across ? |
If you don't 'believe', then probably better if U don't invest here? |
If you believe the numbers. |
Paid just below 60.1p on Wednesday. Using todays figures 9% Dividend Yield confirmed over next year and 47% discount to NAB.. Absolute bargain. |
Have also added to my holding - the potential for increased div in future just a bonus on existing yield |
All buys so far. Thought they were sells until I bought :-) |
Yeah, cautious optimism of an increase to the dividend. Given that this has stalled a bit, no one seems that interested in a 9% +inflation linked yield lol |
Pretty happy with that - divi held but with the clear implication of a rise later, and NAV has marginally ticked up thanks to the rent increases based on last September's RPI.
"While rent collection in the first three months of 2024 has increased relative to 2023, the Board has decided to keep the dividend target flat to preserve dividend cover whilst the Investment Manager concludes the transfer of 38 properties from Parasol to Westmoreland and proceeds with the proposed sale of a portfolio of properties" |
I guess the need for a poll may have taken extra time at the AGM. |
@Ricky47 - not seen any RNS today. |
With 9.7% of rent lost on Parasol not sure what way this will go should think they will leave dividend as it is . |
Interesting article by Richard Williams on Citywire couple of days ago. Dividend guidance to be announced at agm tomorrow Thursday |
Good news all round with more to come, so I have added today |
