Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that Jonathan Bunting has exercised 42,857 share options at an option price of GBP0.126 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan . The options were granted on the 3 August 2020 with a savings term of three years. The options are exercisable from 1 September 2023 until 28 February 2024.
