Why else would they sell shares from their most valuable asset? They broke a lock-in and SBTX have been forced the issue an RNS with the TR1. You do not normally see that.

Ok Nobby that makes sense on the current price action.
Well the overhang is now 10K less. Also with not a huge amount to offload could well see a trend reversal very shortly. Believe this is a short term unique blip.

The brokers definitely let you forward sell warrants. I had some Powerhouse warrants a couple of years ago and Turner Pope let me sell the shares T+10 ahead of the exercise so I could be certain of the price I got before I chose to exercise.

Well I'm glad in hindsight that the company released an early study RNS, prevented smaller investors from overpaying which has clearly been sold into by Seneca Holdings and warrant being exercised.

The warrant RNS states that the 890K shares are available for sale on or around the 19th, guess that includes right now.

Would also potentially give a reason for a stopping of a flood of buys. Believe a good chunk of that overhang is already gone, looking at some of the recent trades, and signs of some position taking.

Trying to top up and struggling at present which is a surprise given the amount of selling going on. Market makers spoiling the charts again methinks!

Yup, there has been regular 25k & 50k buys, as well as the 100k at the end. I guess there is a hangover, otherwise, the book doesn't make any sense.

I will personally be delighted when Seneca are done here. They have taken a lot off the table. Bounced back up to 49.50 and along they come and trash it back.
