So what if he's read Elrico's blog? Is he not allowed to give his opinion as a shareholder in both companies? Elrico is not the only source of opinion on either company. It's like North Korea with some of you lot.

PS I should add that psoriasis (and psoriatic arthritis) was one of the markets which the drug I worked on was indicated for so I know about the market dynamics.

The massive difference is that psoriasis is not a fatal disease. When you have a heart problem you can't mess about with treatments because it is a potentially fatal condition. So the point is adding in a supplement to whatever treatment psoriatics are already on is not going to be an issue. Even severe patients on an anti-TNF or anti IL-17 are not going to be discouraged from trying it.

Plus because of the nature of the disease particularly wrt the psychological effects which can be severe (the suicide rate amongst psoriasis sufferers is very high) there are many active communities. The same cannot be said of heart disease sufferers where there isn't the same existence of such communities. Therein lies the reason why the psoriasis probiotic will be completely different from LPLDL wrt the ease of market penetration.

SlartyI totally agree on the fact that sbtx products are more unique and as such there is highly likely to be significant uptake and all being well early large revenues in which case it's not getting ahead of itself. It's what led me to my original call of rapid revenue growth last year. Time will tell if it transpires as sweetly as that

He's read Elrics blog. Can't you see that? He isn't saying anything Elric hasn't said in his last couple of updates. He's used some of his material before. I remember Toyin suggesting he tip the hat to Elric last year over something he discovered and broker on the blog 48 hours earlier. TW went nuts because he was caught out.

Gary, in hindsight my comment was offensive and inappropriate. You have my unreserved apology.

I think he's bang on the money, Slarty. An accurate and objective assessment of how things stand and the market interest/faith in both companies.

Elrico is absolutely right. Just take L'Oreal the world's largest cosmetic company with a €28 billion revenue. I wouldn't be surprised that they are one of the 12 VIP. They certainly wouldn't want to be left on the side. Put the 12 together and this auction could be explosive.

Has anyone listened to today's bearcast? I think TW needs to have a chat with someone else. Lol

Hi Gary,
I believe the reason we say OPTI got ahead of itsself at 130p, is that the transition from good products to sales income was far longer and a lot less than any of us envisaged.
If sales had poured in promptly we would not have complained and I expect shareprice would have continued north.
This is absolutly key in where the products differ, demand for skin treatment will be off the charts, and most of the ground work has been done. Nothing really comparable on the market which is a huge unmet need.

Think the problem will be keeping up with demand.

Gary Hindsight bulletin boards reflect society in general .
You must only post views that agree with the majority posters ,otherwise you will be quickly shouted down.

I am a bullish holder of Sbtx but welcome constructive discussion even if the views expressed do not support my view.

Croda/Sederma seem to be the forgotten equation here. Has nobody grasped the significance of 12 VIP clients selected to launch the new antiaging cosmetic? Do people imagine these will be small fry? No, these will be some, if not the biggest, on Sederma's books. You look after your most valuable clients first; after all, they will be paying a double-digit premium on royalties for ''first-mover advantage.'' I wager every one of them will be selling millions PA, if not each month.

Sit back, relax and digest that for a moment.

Zak Mir highlighted SBTX on Wednesday with a target of 60p in the short term. Since I have been monitoring his predictions nothing I am interested in has hit his target so of course his commentary needs to be taken with a pinch of salt to some degree. However, to be fair his prediction on Wednesday has been accurate so far because he said due to the extended bull flag any breakout would be savage and I think we can safely say that is what happened yesterday. FWIW I see further strength in the short term because there is absolutely no doubt momentum traders will be joining the party. I know of one who did yesterday and I suspect he will be back next week.

Your right. He's explained in great detail, including how he thinks the company many monitise the probiotic. I tried to bribe him with the £2k the other week. It didn't work. He wouldn't spill. He knows something for sure. Only joking. He's made a huge difference to me and bro these last 2 years. We felt we needed to show our appreciation. I wish i knew which millionaire sent him £3. I'd love to have seen his reaction. I bet that was a site. Lol
