17/3/2021 12:15 | Good point! I think I will email this directly to Stuart Ashman and see what he has to say. | madaboutmed
17/3/2021 11:16 | been a while since we had a proper troll on here...know we pull each others legs a bit, but not comments that are clear lies. I try to read every post on all forums and certainly had not heard that "rumour". Know we dont "red thumb" people..but in this case....he's earnt it. | belgrano2
17/3/2021 10:44 | The company have reported that there is no adverse reaction whatsoever in their winter in reports. So no! | madaboutmed
17/3/2021 10:25 | Many thanks jansky61, answers the question excellently. Every 1% after 3%, good job its not every 1% from scratch as some on here would have to declare positions??? | belgrano2
17/3/2021 10:15 | You.mean your lie. A little tip for you sweet cheeks. If you're going to make up a lie like you have done, don't before the company announces a contradictory alternative to your lie. Idiot! | slartybartfaster
17/3/2021 09:37 | Richard, Can you read an RNS? See line three! As of Friday 12 March, 155 of the study's participants from 3 out of 6 cohorts have reached and reported at the 14 day timepoint (the remainder have yet to reach this timepoint). There have been no reported adverse events and, whilst too early in the study to draw any conclusions, the data thus far has been extremely encouraging. All participants are expected to have reached the day 56 timepoint by the end of April. In order to ensure the highest integrity of the study within the industry and academic communities, the Company will wait until the study is fully complete and analysed before reporting on outcomes. The Company therefore expects to report the detailed findings of the study during the course of May 2021. | toyin
17/3/2021 09:31 | The announcement on Monday said no adverse events had been recorded so it has to be highly unlikely that has happened in the last 2 days! | nobbygnome
17/3/2021 09:28 | Found it!! For those who were asking about TR1 notifications see page 3 on: A person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within ■ DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights: (1) reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a non-UK issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of shares or financial instruments falling within ■ DTR 5.3.1 R; or (2) reaches, exceeds or falls below an applicable threshold in (1) as a result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the basis of information disclosed by | jansky61

16/3/2021 22:44 | I'm only winding you up, belgrano. | slartybartfaster
16/3/2021 22:43 | That's what's happens with both Seneca the seller and Tyndall the buyer. Seneca may ha e finished. Tyndall may have finished. | slartybartfaster
16/3/2021 22:42 | Really! It was Seneca, they announced. You stop with the inference we could continue to slide lower while you have some spare bags of sand ready to soak up a few lemmings. Come on belgrano, it's obvious your game is. | slartybartfaster
16/3/2021 22:34 | I think you are required to TR1 once you pass the 3% threshold and every % point thereafter up or down. | madaboutmed
16/3/2021 22:17 | We were clearly going to work out who the ongoing seller is with sales of that size. Great to see new players taking increased positions, that's been revealed even though its probably not a requirement to do so. Think we have to look at the timings more closely, thankfully we had the RNS yesterday that officially revealed what nearly all the biggest players already knew, that first impressions from our study are superb. We have seen for a few weeks that players with very deep pockets are buying up whatever they can get their hands on. Now we have seen a lot of stock change hands quickly..and the way its done does indicate that sales could be finished. ...But not the buying...I believe Seneca were contacted and asked how much they would release now...hence the sell. A big buyer/s want in now, before study news completed.. they didn't want that RNS yesterday..its forcing their hands. Things may be about to look up somewhat. | belgrano2
