Sirius aren't going to spell it out for us,we are just an inconvenience to the company.All hidden in subsidiaries which they are not obliged to report on.From my perspective I hope they don't go to become a producer because their competence in that department in the last 11 years doesn't bode well.The only hope of a return here that's worthy of the patience we have shown is a takeout.Line up the assets and related infastructure as per the suitors requirements sat behind the scenes.Secure the funding at Berkeley square,once the suitor is ready ,bye bye sirius.Only my opinion shez.I have no evidence to offer but equally what evidence for sirius becoming a long term producer.?

Bron! What have they hidden? Not putting much into the public domain! Like what? They produced a AD in 2017 it didn't include any of these rumoured assets you and others had alluded to! What exactly are they hiding? They have not got 7b in funding mate! That's the bottom line mate! I wish they did but your living in cloud cuckoo land keeping banging that drum! If they did they wouldn't be waiting on funding now would they! Have a day off mate!

Rto. Existing SRSP holders have opp to take shares in NewCo. Change of name. The big Nigerian privateer team move into the Mayfair office. Looks all set up. Will be interesting to find out who has been pulling the strings. Dangote? Aiteo? Conoil?

Shez.we've waited for 11+ years for sirius to become an oil and gas producer and we still aren't really there yet or at least we haven't officially had any specific update stating we are now producing, until we do i won't believe it to be the case.Sirius don't put much in the public domain only the bare minimum so it's impossible to say what they have to sell off but reading between the lines I think they have plenty to sell off probably tailored for someone.Everyone has to make a decision in their own head what they think is going on.If we were going to be a producer we've had plenty opportunities to do so, one of the reasons I don't buy into the producer story.

Any thoughts Bron on how quick this might move once the AGM shares are voted through?. Will the authorization of these shares trigger the first payment to ATOG for part 1 of the transaction, as it said that first payment is due by year end

Hello everyone. I just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year, most of all good health!
