Oversubscribed by 0.5% or 50% ? "oversubscribed" means nothing without clarification.

Sher10ck...

'(and we had an oversubscribed placing at 0.75p),

makes me laugh that comment.....they also had an 'oversubscribed' placing on the 19th Dec at 0.5p.....so why did the 'new and existing' shareholders wait for the share price to rise 50% to buy more?

I personally doubt the current share price really suits the company's interests. If the Twitter rumour of some impending PR is true then it's clear that we may be at the point where we want (and need) the share price to be higher.

The extensive share dumping might not have been anticipated - if it were (and we had an oversubscribed placing at 0.75p), then wouldn't it have made sense to just introduce Mr.seller with Mr.Cant buy enough and they agree a transfer that doesn't damage the share price. I've seen this happen in other shares and I once even had a CEO arrange a small transfer for me direct from someone else who needed to exit to pay for an expensive divorce!

Why does the company want it going down though? Yep it's just a sit and wait job we've still got a few months to go just ltis are fed up now want there cash back all or nothing now.All under covers until they decide other wise but yep if just ororo then it's couple pence plus need much more for big dollar. But they hinted it's worth mega money not a few pence so just gotta sit tight.

'If this share is on a massive downward trend then it is trending in a direction that is suitable to the company strategy'

1alfi...if that's true, then it strengthens the probability that they'll not issue any more shares in the near term.

ps...the only strategy of any advantage that comes to mind at the moment, being so close to April.....is more shares in a directors, personal tax free ISA.

yes forget these technicals and bolinger band moving averages rubbish there is no doubt as far as my eyes can see this share price is on a massive downward trend. surely our only hope of this massive rerate will only happen if big other assets are revealed. if its only ororo then 2p might be the best we can hope for in the short term

'I'm not too concerned about the share dumping.....'

I agree that the drilling of Ororo will be the game changer...and all within the next dozen or so weeks...but the share dumping is a concern....and not from current holders. It took 7 years to issue 1.177m shares and a further 21 months increase this by 1.350m...that's over 100%..As you say, I'm not too concerned about share holders dumping into the market place but I am concerned about the company dumping shares onto us.

But Adventador, it has been mentioned they have to keep things under wraps due to the sensitivity of the deals - It's a catch22.
Unless there is a spanner in the works to delay this, simply just sit back and let it unfold as frustrating as it currently is.

Someone said about news next week who bloody knows, to hit the estimated three month lead in to first oil by June we need news this month on all regards no more cover ups and games ppl are sick of it now.AGM was months and months ago since then we've had nothing else really to indicate when or how this is going to happen for h1, just very vague riddled bits in the RNSs.

With the inquiries I have made I'm assured that no insider is selling (they likely wouldn't be able to anyway assuming close period rules apply). As such, I'm not too concerned about the share dumping and have personally taken advantage with a few top ups at these levels.

Ignore the negativity in some quarters & the twitter ramping in others and keep your eyes on the prize. Simply put, you don't spend good money on wellheads if you don't plan to actually drill. I doubt Bobo thinks they'd make a nice garden feature.

Yes we've talked about drilling for years, but we're now for the first time actually announcing stuff that shows we really will fulfil our promise. And by my reckoning, the Ororo drill will be a game changer for us.

Bronislav...tbere may be no agm !!??

My bet is that it'll be an EGM this year..

With regards share shuffling... I'm not sure where February's 266m ended up however, prior to that, from October 2nd to Jan 10th 2017 we had a bit of a share shuffle. In short, the Institutional Holders shuffled nearly 100m shares (93m to be precise) 30.99m were sold and 62.33m bought, leaving a balance of an increase of 31.34m. The main changes were, Hargreaves Lansdown (stock broker), TD Direct, HSBC, increased by 57m between them where as Jarvis Investment were the main sellers of 28m.

Why flip if they are producing imminently or at least announcing cpr ad doc multi bagger in the waiting or do they know there's no news for months..Final shake before next weeks rumoured news or more of the same old same old.?

There might be some placees who bought with a short term view to flip, but as I know a couple involved, who also know one or two others etc... and all have definitely taken a longer term view here, I rather suspect that the concerted dumping of over 100m shares has originated elsewhere. Still, it's created a great buying opportunity given the advanced stage of things.
