solo trade today so for....is 584m and that's only to mid day....and some one just bought 100 shares at 0.68p (do you think he knows something?)

Agree alfi...only one thing holding it up in my humble guesswork and that is the PIB...CARRBRADSHAW expected news end of jan which is when the FG expected the PIB to be passed off ,at least in part ,and that part I am agai guessig affected us..Now we have april deadline from nigeria for passing of PIB.Not privy to the rumour mill alfi but I would not be a million miles off in predicting thats the rumour mill deadline.

An extract from the SOLO rns today (they've hit 17MMscf p/d and exceeded expectations...yet SRSP's CPR confirms 25MMscf p/d)


-- Flow rates, limited by choke size, were of dry, high quality, gas at an average stable rate of 17 million standard cubic feet per day ("mmscfd") (approximately 2,830 barrels oil equivalent per day ("boepd"))
Neil Ritson, Solo's Chairman commented:
"The well exceeded our pre-drill expectations for both reservoir extent and pressure. Ntorya-2, when taken together with the Ntorya-1 discovery well and the mapped seismic features, clearly indicates a gas volume of significant commercial interest.

Deeper sands?

Not yet drilled, but Schlumberger was given all the Gaffney cpr data on them so has a pretty good idea of what's down there in the H+ zones. That means that the as-yet unnamed Partner 4 or prospective buyer will know. Nearby fields suggest a tripling of reserves once the deeper sands are penetrated.

Taking an uneducated guess, I'd suggest a transfer of some description, switch of % somehow??? But Rosso is right, how can that not raise questions?

Many things unfathomable eg Calvet Swiss Family Trust.

A £700k loan facility remained available. At any point C could've forced S to take it, 140m going out at 0.5p. Instead, just 14m were issued on 26 Jan to raise £70k.
Still £630k remaining. Until 22 Feb. Equity placing of 270m at 0.75p, incl. expenses. Not only is the cheaper and expenses-free C loan untouched, it gets cancelled altogether.

Why didn't C insist on 140m at 0.5p and sell them into the recent 1.5p spike for a £1.4m gain? And then in Feb it foregoes the remaining 126m.

Well there needs to be an RNS in next week or so or we won't hit the deadline or be a tight push so it's more of an educated guess, only if we see big buying and a rising share price end of the this week it will be more than likely to actually happen.Fingers and toes crossed.
