By my reckoning this takes Calvet shareholding up to 84million shares purchased for £270k if I'm not mistaken. This takes their holding up to 3.7%Remember, they received 30million shares in exchange for the drawdown fee. Not a bad deal.

I'v never known a company that's spent years and years and had so many RNSs all about share shifting warrants dilution bla bla bla loans etc all for us to still have no sign of real first oil, that alone suggests all these years and amount of bloody complicated procedures must surely be for more than small time production on ororo if we ever bloody see it.
Surely now we will see some info on how and when we will be seeing oil flow and profit finally, how many more admin rns's are still gonna come before we see the one we've waited nearly a decade for.

I thought it was very 'honourable' of Calvert to convert some cash into shares at about the current level...to be honest they could have converted at 1p when the share price had attained ...say 10p... any time up to May 2018...and pocketed the difference.

Another tick in the box and housekeeping out of the way. From memory, C had a strike price of 1p. Could this be the reason it's been manufactured back down from 1.5p following the relentless buying a few weeks back.
