I maybe following the Doc but it seems to me that the price was rushed up to establish a price, for inclusion in a possible/potential placing document, something they are obliged to do.

Therefore if I am correct, an announcement is imminent if not, then you have my knowledge !!!!

LTHs won't be unduly bothered by these manufactured share price swings as the day-traded shares are shuffled around by a bunch of cronies. Hold/accumulate remains the plan as we see this through to endgame. Tangible O&G stuff will be very close to being announced and I really cannot see the assets giving a valuation much less than SOU's gas at £400m.
