01/11/2016 12:27 | If all 522m is connected with a project funding deal (I'd hope it's less but perhaps beggars can't be choosers) then the 835m would need to cover the 157m from the 0.35p convertible loan plus 277m warrants & options, leaving 401m to be issued throughout the year, hopefully at much higher prices. I personally don't see Havoc picking up a load more from the 522m and I don't count them among the 3 multinationals referenced. Whilst they might typically take a higher percentage in their other concerns, Sirius will be a much larger entity. | sherl0ck
01/11/2016 12:25 | "settlement of fees incurred in connection with the provision of oil field services" Is a pretty broad term and could be aligned with dishing out shares to S and maybe others in connection with vender financing, but it could also be shares issued to institutions and other backers at a higher price to help raise our proportion of the equity amount that's likely required as part of a larger debt deal (normally 10-35% from my research). I assume that as per the Sound Energy funding deal, where Schlumberger took a net profit interest in their asset rather than a bunch of Sound shares, we similarly don't need to necessarily issue them shares at group Plc level and could offer an economic interest in individual assets instead. Ps - 57219 was post of the year for me. | sherl0ck

01/11/2016 10:22 | Actually I wonder if those 522m earmarked for oilfield services might be about to be shared out between Havoc and Schlumberger, rather than all for Big S. After all, both are oilfield services Companies. Divide between them EXACTLY 25% of current shares in issue. When the other allotments go out, H and S holdings % will both get diluted. On 3.8bn fully issued, Havoc would hold 260m + 100m 2p warrants. Total 360m = 9% of the total and is in keeping with their investment stakes in other ventures. S would hold 7%. Is Big S being allowed to take a 7% stake in return for a SOUND-type FMA in which a substantial portion of the drilling costs are paid? The Q remains as to who'll be getting the other 835m being put up for allotment. Certainly the whole thing is being handled in-house. I remind that both Havoc/Schlum are not oil or gas production Companies, they both act as service providers to the industry. | dr rosso

01/11/2016 08:48 | 'According to the Energy Commission, gas production from all oil fields would make available an average total of 300-500 mmscfd by 2020 if developments of the fields are carried out as planned.' '...if developments of the fields are carried out as planned.' So a plan DOES exist whereby ALL oil fields are to accommodate for gas. (Part of the 5 year 'Master Gas Plan') | htrocka2
