1a - There are numerous permutations of what the outcome is here. Truth is I doubt anyone truly knows on this board. We all have an idea of outcomes we think will happen and buy shares accordingly on that faith.
For months I thought the production route was what we were looking at, but the longer we go with no AGM announcement and other factors stated in the RNS's I think you're outcome holds more weight now.

BH - maybe some sort of take over agreement has been reached, part of which includes drilling the 3 wells or at least being ready to drill on take over.

The S.P gives the impression that it's not being allowed to get away.
Millions of shares keep getting put through over the past weeks/months within a price bracket.

if Sirius were going into production, we would have been kept more up to date than this. It doesn't take clever person to work that out.

Yes agm still feasable if you go with Sherl0ck timeframe of 15 months after previous AGM which I think takes us into November

Nothing is up!!!! ...... Srsp are just delaying for big news hopefully as doc says within his 72 hours which is upon us!!!! The share price would be at .20 not in the 40's if something was up!!!

It looks like mr Stein was down in Angola last year and a drill ship mentioned.Was it for Sirius or some other interest he has .Not sure but spidey senses and rns,s get one thinking that some drilling has been going on .speculation unfortunately on my part but maybe there are some out there that have a better idea.Clocks ticking and Dangote is losing money and Nigeria can't grow without power and gas is the preferred fuel.Stick that alongside no AGM announced and we could be forgiven for thinking somethings up.

Not sure, Bron. It was in Angola early 2015, but last seen April of this year off Gran Canaria.In Oct '15 they were talking about cold stacking it due to lack of interest.

how comes LSE are showing over 13 million shares traded today and ADVFN are showing over 18 million? there has been some very weird reporting on the shares traded lately

If as sirius state they have interested party's in these assets then i fail to see how ophir would not be one of them. Ophir's assets are around the same area and they are also a mainly gas assets company with a lot of spare cash plus two former ophir high class men now working for sirius. The more i think about this whole sirius thing then the more i think gas is the main play here
