In an exclusive interview with the world Oil Council, Fatona said Seplat’s successful listing in London in April last year had certainly been watched closely by Niger Delta.

“We are seriously looking at it [listing]. I mean Seplat has given Nigeria a little bit of space. We believe that a logical place for us to be in is to look at a second alternative away from Nigeria where there are deep pockets for capital.

“If I was privileged to be standing in front of investors [for the listing], I would tell say, ‘Look at us, we can take your money, protect it, multiply it and you can actually trust us as an oil company to do the right thing all the time.”


Maybe 42BS isn't only about Sirius courting potential partners/backers. Perhaps Newco is showing city institutions around a data room....could be well wide of the mark here but an interesting thought all the same.

Sirius. 4 easy steps to understand the venture:-

1. Ondo chiefs awarded near 100% stakes in 2 huge undeveloped shallow offshore O&G blocks

2. Enlist the aid of a UK-listed shell, giving it options to acquire 40% stakes Spend £5-£10m over a 4 year period in proving up reserves and readying for simultaneous production, 25k bopd targeting 100k bopd within 3 years. Accumulate shares.

3. Shift the 2bn shares, at lowest poss mm-influenced sp, gradually back to the original Ondo owners, leaving a cut for those at the London/Geneva end. Kill all outsider interest in the Company, showing it up to be a dying duck run by incompetent buffoons. Give options/warrants to incoming partners

4. Gradual exit of the backers. Ondo people in control decide what to do with their 2bbn reserves in oil blocks whose near-production value has soared to over $400m, notwithstanding low poo. Produce, jv or sell to such as their own backyard mid-tier, so turning the parent shell into a subsidiary with operating Nigerian-registered sub-subsidiaries.

It's the first time the stock has broken out from the Bollinger bands since July 2015 which was met by the 100 DAY SMA which acted as resistance. Will we break the 100 DAY SMA this time round. My opinion is yes if volume persists.

Fridays chart shows a breakout from tight bollinger bands.

The 50 DAY SMA crossed

The 100 DAY SMA the next target.

MACD gone neutral

All in all the chart looks cracking !

Mondays chart shows very tight bollingers with the share price sitting just above the 20 DAY SMA.
RSI at 50 and indicator for a move up.

MACD close to neutral.

That Clause 6 of the Memorandum of Association and Article 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company be and are hereby amended to reflect the new authorized share capital of N15,000,000,000 (Fifteen Billion Naira) divided into 30,000,000,000 (Thirty Billion) Ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.

Strategy all along was to gradually transfer ownership and control of Sirius over to the Ondo chiefs. How do you do that? Answer is to keep the share price as low as poss, deter outside buyers at all costs, generate an extra billion shares, stash them into mysterious Trusts, move them across until the Nigerian parties hold around 74%.
At the same time STFU on field progress as the assets are taken towards production.

Sorry but imo a £250m t/o is too low for huge assets. JV?

Charles Street is adjacent to Berkley Square... the world is getting smaller and smaller....surely more than just coincidence.



and SRSP'S old offices were
Registered office 16 Great Queen Street...which is adjacent to Charles street and was virtually OPPOSITE Oando's office.....and Charles Street runs into Berkley Square,




a very, very small world indeed.

The figure has recently been around 2.5m from 1.7 mil. Take the bigger figure and we should be about spot on.. anything less will be a bonus!

Is that it? Fully diluted 2.42bn.
Chuck in another 80m placing sweetener for those providing the forthcoming project loan of anything between $10m-$50m. Final total 2.5bn.

With the uplift in share price with no news for really 10 weeks thats saying uplift is about to rocket! nothing in any of the RNS in the last year have been negative! i just wish I has more cash to invest!

Those projected figures can only be achieved via acquisitions.
