It should be fairly self evident what Havoc have been helping us with in the background but it's not yet clear what Merlin have been doing. Perhaps their role in raising funding for us/partner/Newco will be part of the big reveal.

Htrocka.The issues around the price of oil have quite clearly been devastating for oil companies but Sirius is a different animal.Anyone talking about Sirius and ondo state in the same breath will realise that it's one big gas play.It wasn't Sirius that chose the gas direction but indeed more ondo state that dictates.
Sirius,s share price in my view is nothing to do with the price of oil but more to do with those in the power position wanting the share price at its current level and the four points highlighted by drrosso reinforce that theory.

Witchy.signatures can be on legal documents but dependent on other things.
I could sign up to buy a house but until monies are in place those contracts are not exchanged.
It's possible that some similar legality is in place with Sirius and another and until ltf is procured the deal does not go ahead or the opposite where funding is in place but does not kick in until some other event takes place .guesswork on our part but feasible.

the UK listed SRSP parent is an investment company, if that changes LSE / The markets must be informed. That's not to say that all sorts couldn't be going on in the subsidiaries in the meantime. That's my understanding of our AIM listing anyway :)
