07/7/2015 21:03 | What has this fella been sniffing? He seems the type to break into back gardens and night and rifle through any underwear he can locate. | chris shiherlis
07/7/2015 20:52 | JimJ - in English?? | cornishtrader1000

An eerie lull for a reason? Think apple cart, I said, NO sneezing! Hush Hush! Quiet now stifled murderous growl. Now then, now then, now then? | jimjam22
07/7/2015 11:55 | I have no doubt on the veracity of your points SHERLOCK and look forward to the coming party !! | solarno lopez
07/7/2015 11:45 | Solarno - I suspect the credit side has been quietly building rather nicely indeed in recent years ('other opportunities' section of 1/5/15 RNS comes to mind) but the Board have chosen not to inform PIs or the market yet, hence ITK folk, former Directors and related parties are quite happy to keep loading up. When the full picture is finally revealed many PIs will miss out on buying much at all, settling to take far smaller positions at much higher prices. And that's by design. | sherl0ck
07/7/2015 11:32 | Confetti comes with a price ! | solarno lopez
07/7/2015 11:29 | None of this share confetti stuff is unexpected. Are they all loaded up yet in their Family Office Trusts? | dr rosso
07/7/2015 11:15 | The share price should be underpinned closer to 2p due to the havoc warrants IMO | share_cruise
07/7/2015 10:22 | And we draw their ATTENTION to that as well DOC ...so far we have seen lots of going out but nothing coming in on the credit side! | solarno lopez
07/7/2015 10:16 | Doc - would be even funnier if Greenlands was in some way connected with Calvet. £800k fee for helping to cancel the initial Calvet convertible loan, which as you point out, only $250k was ever drawn and which cost the company $2.5m. Maybe it was in fact $3.7k cost for the $250k loan!! Back to school for Mr Fletcher methinks! | sherl0ck
07/7/2015 10:07 | We will draw the boards attention to these matters at the forthcoming AGM Doc | solarno lopez
07/7/2015 10:02 | Havoc has been awarded $191k as their technical fee. The 100m warrants are extra. Worth a look at Page 32. The accruals figure has been made to look like $191k, but is in fact 10x higher. $1.72m is due to an unknown entity. Scroll down to the loans and we see the Calvet facility of $2.4m. This incurred a ridiculous fee of $2.1m, then a late payment charge of $455k. Late payment of what? Only $250k was ever drawn down, then the loan was terminated was deemed to be not needed. A $2.5m charge for drawing $250k. Taken in 3p shares. Then that loan gets replaced with an identical one, but now at 1p conversion, allowing another 310m shares to be stowed away. Pretty obvious that it stinks, but equally obvious that Calvet-Fry knows the likely value of these accumulations. | dr rosso
07/7/2015 10:02 | 'Gambler taking a punt on a successful outcome?' A bit more to this than meets the eye. He's just stepped down from Afren as CEO..so technically 'unemployed', however, as ex Afren CEO he must be privy to a lot of confidential info and the goings on within the Nigerian O&G Industry...... so why after all this time, three years I think, accept now?. In this game timing is everything....and August looks like an important date. If he has accepted the shares in lieu of salary, means that SRSP and the ex Afren CEO must have been in communication with each other...I wonder what else they had a chat about? | htrocka2
07/7/2015 09:47 | I wouldn't be at all surprised if there is yet another share/warrants housekeeping RNS to tidy up the Glencore 900m warrants, current Director & MH accrued salaries being converted to shares and Havoc converting their $191k fee to shares (if they're allowed). | sherl0ck
07/7/2015 09:40 | Is Havoc taking their $190k fee in 2p shares too? What has Havoc done since Oct 2014 to earn a fifth of a million dollars, which 9 months later is followed up with a def contract? Why not simply take their fee as cash from oil production profits? | dr rosso
07/7/2015 09:39 | Nothing to stop Tobe waiting for the revenue stream then taking a guaranteed cash pile of 300 grand. Nothing either to stop him taking shares after the event, derisked in a growing Co. But no, he wants payment NOW which means he can only be paid in shares. Lots of them. Why would he want 15m @ 2p at this moment in time? Gambler taking a punt on a successful outcome? | dr rosso |
